Old Hindu woman brutally murdered by unknown persons in Bangladesh

Dhaka : Few unknown persons brutally murdered an old Hindu woman named Mila rani Das from Shivnagar Daspara village of Zenaidaha district in Bangladesh by slashing her throat on 28th April. The above information has been given by advocate Ravindra Ghosh, the President of ‘Bangladesh Minority Watch’ fighting for Hindus’ rights in that country. Two persons have been taken into custody on suspicion and further investigations are going on.

1. As per the information given by advocate Ravindra Ghosh, on 28th April, Smt. Mila rani had gone for bath to the bank of River Chitra at about 4-4.30 p.m. during which she was killed by slashing her throat. Shri. Bijenkumar Das lodged a complaint in this case when police took two persons into custody for inquiry; but their names were not disclosed.

2. Advocate Ravindra Ghosh contacted the concerned police station and District Superintendent of Police on learning about the incident and demanded immediate arrest of the culprits so also legal action against them.
