Anyone and everyone demands imposition of ban on pro-Hindu organizations ! Why those making such demands never talk about jihadi terrorism or anti-nationals ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat
New Delhi : In a conference held at Indian Law Institute, South Asian Minority Lawyers’ Association (SAMLA) expressed concern over increasing incidents of killings of minorities. A resolution was also passed to start legal process for imposition of ban on pro-Hindu organizations for declaring them as terrorist organizations. It has been stated that life of the ‘Dalits’, minorities, ‘adivasis’ was also important. The organizers have claimed that large number of persons representing intellectuals and deprived factions were present for the conference. (It is quite obvious that an organization, never heard of before, has support of fanatic forces ! They have joined hands with Dalits, Christians and even leaders of Sikhs to form this organization called SAMLA and given them the title of intellectuals and deprived. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) A resolution has been passed demanding imposition of ban on Bajarang Dal, Hindu Yuva Vahini, Abhinav Bharat, Hindu Sena, Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and start legal process for declaring them as terrorist organizations. (None of the pro-Hindu organizations has been so far declared as guilty by any Court. Even then, demanding imposition of ban on such organizations by an organization of lawyers, exhibits lack of legal knowledge in them. Doesn’t this organization know about ban imposed on many Islamic terrorist organizations actually involved in terrorist activities ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
1. Mehmood Pracha, President of SAMLA, John Dayal, Dalit- Christian political activist, Dr. Anita Benjamin, of ‘Rashtriya Isai Mahasangh’, Kartar Singh Kochar of ‘Panthak Seva Dal’, Urdu journalist Alim Naqvi and Harnam Singh, the President of ‘Delhi Safai Karmachari Sanghatana’ attended the conference.
2. Mehmood Pracha said while addressing the conference, “Condition of Dalit, Adivasi and minority is similar to condition of ‘blacks’ in America. He criticized leaders for not solving any problems. (There is huge difference in ‘black’ in USA and Dalit, Adivasi and minority in India. There is reservation for Dalits, Adivasi and minorities in jobs and education field, in scholarships and grants etc. Why are they not bringing forth facilities available in India, to these factions which are not available to ‘blacks’ in USA ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat). Pracha criticized even judicial system for not realizing existing situation. (Isn’t it contempt of Court ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
