Law banning cow-slaughter has to be implemented in India : P. P. Sadhvi Saraswati

Rajasthan Government has taken commendable decision to give punish cow-slaughterers with death sentence. Such decision needs to be taken at national level. Cow is a matter of fondness and warmth for Hindus; therefore, not only there should be ban on cow-slaughter but law should be passed for ban on slaughter of cow progeny, was the demand made by P. P. Sadhvi Saraswati, national President of ‘Sanatan Dharma Prachar Seva Samiti’, Chhindwada, Madhya Pradesh.

P. P. Sadhvi Saraswatiji said further….

1. Hindus should use all products prepared from cow’s milk and other things if cow is to be saved. Every Hindu should keep one cow. Arrangements should be made to look after old ‘Goumatas’. ‘Gou-shala’ should be extended necessary help.

2. In Kerala State, cow was killed and beef consumed only to protest against BJP Government’s policy of saving cows. It is most condemnable and such people should be stringently punished.

3. In one film, it was wrongly shown that worshipping a cow didn’t serve much purpose. I condemn producers of such films.

4. A country, where cow is revered as a mother, is the highest exporter of beef which is most painful.

5. Hindus will have to unite for protection of cows but take help of police in this matter.
