Sambhajinagar : Advocates resolve to work for protection of Hindu Dharma

One-day conference of Hindu legal experts !

Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra) :There are many organizations of lawyers in this country; but no organization comes forward to offer legal aid to devout Hindus. Many advocates, who are in politics, made use of Hindus’ votes for selfish needs and earned power using the ladder of ‘Hinduttva’; but after getting elected, they did nothing for injustice meted out to Hindus. ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad (HVP)’ has, therefore, been set up to provide legal aid to devout Hindus.

The basic aim of this organization is not to grow in size but it has yearning for growth of the movement, stated Adv. Sanjiv Punalekar, advocate of Mumbai High Court and the Secretary of HVP. He was speaking in the one-day meeting of HVP as the Chief Guest. The meeting was attended by 20 devout Hindu advocates. They made a resolve to take part in the activities related to protection of Hindu Dharma.

Advocate Mr. Harshal Shinde said while welcoming the invitees that unification of advocates in judicial system was the need of the hour. While making introduction, advocate Suresh Kulkarni of HVP from Sambhajinagar said “Oppression of Hindus is taking place all over the country on large scale. It was explained during the National Hindu Convention held in Goa. It was then decided to establish HVP so that we Hindu advocates do not just remain legal practitioners but become activists in the mission of protection of Hindutva.”

Retired District Judge, Mr. Sudhakar Chapalgaonkar stated, “Hindus never pelt stones at the police vans or resort to riots or oppress lady police staff; because they abide by law. Even then, the Government takes action only against Hindus. It seems that the Govt. is allergic to even the word ‘Hindu’. Legal practitioners should, therefore, support Hindus and extend legal aid to them.”
