One proverb says, ‘One cannot deceive everyone all the time.’ This is in the context of worldly matters (Maya related matters). That’s why the intellectuals cannot deceive everyone all the time. Whereas ‘Dharma’ always tells the Truth and can guide everyone all the time.’
