HJS submits representations to Govt. at various places January 16, 2012
National Flags made of plastic are purchased on 26th January, the Republic Day, which are later found strewn all over the roads and in gutters. This is an abuse of National Flag. Sale of plastic flags should, therefore, be banned. Memorandum with the above demand was submitted by HJS.
