The Government is trying to brand Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as secular who defeated five Mughal regimes. The above bold opinion was expressed by Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS for the States of Maharashtra and Gujarat in a program held at Pandurang Mangal Karyalay in Ambajogai.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) undertook a drive in and around Khed for celebration of new year on Gudhi Padva and not on 31st December. This resulted in cancellation of programs, which would have caused damage to Dharma, at many places.
