Education Directorate has dissolved the panel of History that distorted India’s map in History text book of tenth standard (English medium) and Geography book. In the map printed in these text books, Arunachal Pradesh has been shown as part of China.

Maharashtra State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Pune has published the first edition of text books for tenth Standard on the subjects Social Science – Part 2, Geography and Economics this year i.e. in 2013.
