For them, any publicity is a good publicity. When will we understand this? We are fulfilling their motives by making undue chaos and demonstrations. Of course, I'm not saying we should not do anything, such act should always be condemned, but not through demonstrations. Sue them!!! Of course, court case will again attract public attention and therefore company again gets advantage of "good publicity"! But at the end of the day, there are greater chances of company being suffered financially. No such case with demonstrations, companies put off their ads and get 'apologetic'.

Had the same thing happened involving relegious persoalities of Christianity or Islam, the whole coutry would be on the streets. I think the best way to protest against TOI is to unsubscribe to all thier publications. They have no right to disgrace the almighty.

I am surprised at the various comments that ask for the person to be killed for making an ad. I am sure, Lord Krishna doesn't agree with the Talibanization of Hinduism.

I will not read these new newspaper

This just shows how is freedom of press being excercised by a Newspaper which has been sponsered by us secular hindus for so many years.

TOI must be pretty secular when it is with respect to Hindus but when it is with Muslims and other faiths it is within the " defined parameters of tolerance" limits

This is a preposterous and extremely cheap stand shown by a newspaper which claims to be a National News Daily.(sic)

It is surprising why only deities related to Hindu faith are always denigrated. Just because this faith is based on henotheism and is much more tolerant and accepting? The Times of India is owned by Jains. It is not a Hindu paper even other wise. Most of the media is owned by Jains who apparently pass off as Hindus but in their heart nurse the grievance that once Hinduism had eliminated Jainism.

TOI, sometime back, did same thing with Bhagaban Shiva. They depicted Shivji wearing sun-glass. We must publicise this widely so that people stop subscribing this newspaper and reading it. That is the lession these anti-hindu (actually they are inhuman creatures) brigades need.
