People’s confidence in selfless HJS members

Lasalgaon (Dist. Nashik, Maharashtra): ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ was held at Lasalgaon on 24.12.2009. The meeting was attended by a former MLA of one political party as a chief guest. In this meeting, I got an opportunity to present my views as a member of ‘Ranaragini’. The topic presented by me was appreciated by the former MLA. Then, there was ‘Grampanchayat’ election. This MLA called me and insisted to contest the election.

When I went to him to inform about my decision, he said, “We select candidates taking into their background and support of other politicians for that person but your image is such that you can get elected on your own strength, therefore, we insist that you must accept the candidature.” I realized that the confidence created towards me was actually for the activities of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and ‘Ranaragini’ and I felt gratitude towards God. – Miss Yogita Ghayal, Lasalgaon (Dist.
