Mumbai: In a press conference, Abu Azmi, the President of Socialist Party for Maharashtra State made a demand that pro-Hindu organizations like Hindu Janajagaran Samiti and Abhinav Bharat responsible for the bomb blasts in Margao, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Malegaon could be behind the bomb blast which took place in German Bakery in Pune and therefore, inquiry should be conducted of these organizations. He had held the press conference to explain about the accusation of his association with terrorists. (Everyone knows about Azmi’s practice of accusing Hindu organizations to divert people’s attention and to lessen the seriousness of his own offence of being associated with terrorists, extending all help to them and when the matter comes to light, to make such allegations to save his own skin. Also, Investing Agencies have never said that the organizations viz. Hindu Janajagaran Samiti and Abhinav Bharat were involved in any of the bomb blast cases as mentioned by Azmi. In fact, the Secretary of Central Home Ministry has ruled out the possibility of Hindu organizations’ involvement in the bomb blast case in Pune even then Azmi is maligning the name of pro-Hindu Organizations ! – Editor SP)

When he was asked by journalists whether Hindu organizations were responsible for Pune blast and not Muslim organizations, Azmi tried to give evasive answers; he said that not only pro-Hindu but inquiry should be conducted of all such organizations. (With such demand, Azmi is trying to protect terrorists ! – Editor SP) “Yesterday in the Legislative Assembly session, when I demanded inquiry into pro-Hindu organizations, Shiv Sena MLAs did not allow me to speak.” (Shiv Sena is a nationalist party and it is sure that pro-Hindu organizations are also staunch nationalists; therefore, Shiv Sena is vigilant and tries to defend such attacks on devout Hindus ! – Editor SP)

A committee of MLAs should be formed to examine the condition of families of those who have been taken into custody in connection with bomb blast – Azmi’s anti-national demand

Azmi said, “If my driver or personal secretary uses my phone to contact terrorists, how can I be held responsible for the same? (Azmi could have asked his driver and secretary to contact terrorists. If they have done it on their own, people have a right to know what action Azmi took against them. Why did Azmi not inform the police about it earlier? It is like a thief dumping stolen goods at neighbor’s place and start accusing the neighbor of theft ! – Editor SP) I had gone to Abdul Latif’s house who is under arrest in connection with atomic energy issue as advised by the municipal councilor; I had no knowledge about Abdul. (The police have accepted that these terrorists had confessed to them that they had told Azmi about their terrorist activities. How can then Azmi say such things? – Editor SP) I had gone to the house of Shazad Alam accused in Batla House case to console his parents. What is their fault if their son turned out to be a terrorist? (Azmi should explain why he always visits the house of terrorists. The venomous statements made by Azmi so far are enough to prove his mentality. Everyone knows why Azmi visits houses of terrorists ! – Editor SP) Why wife of a terrorist should suffer because of her husband’s terrorist activities? (In Kashmir as also in Maharashtra, many Hindu families have been destroyed in terrorists attacks but Azmi has never even shown sympathy for them; forget about his visiting their houses ! – Editor SP) If the Home Minster wants to conduct inquiry against me, let him do it. Many times, police arrest innocent people only to get praise from the citizens. (Azmi has thus slapped the Congressmen who are always busy appeasing Muslims ! – Editor SP)

Unless it is so proved in the Court of Law, it is not proper to treat a person as guilty. (Nothing has yet been proved against Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Abhinav Bharat but Azmi is calling them guilty but asking concession for self ! – Editor SP) I am elected to this post with the blessings of people. ASsa people’s representative, it is my duty to help the helpless. (Azmi has been helping only Muslims and that too ‘jihadis’ so far ! – Editor SP). The Government should set up a committee of MLAs to examine the condition of families of those who have been arrested in the bomb blast cases. (The families of Colonel Purohit and his colleague, the accused in Malegaon bomb blast case are in a very bad condition but Azmi never made such demand at that time. This shows the mentality of Azmi that he wants to extend concessions to even those Muslims who are involved in anti-national activities ! – Editor SP)

He also said, “Digvijay Singh had also met families of those who were arrested in Batla House case. He is trying to give them justice through Fast-track Court. NCP MLA Jitendra Avhad has been helping the family of Ishrat Jahan who died in a police encounter in Gujarat. Rita Bahuguna of Congress has been making appeal to help the accused in Batla House case. Why then media is not accusing Congress and NCP,” he asked. (This statement of Azmi is like ‘if others are stealing something and I also steal then what is the problem?’ In a way, it is also his acceptance of all allegations made against him ! – Editor SP)

It is against morality to visit terrorists’ houses ! – Home Minister

Mumbai: Visit by Abu Azmi to terrorists’ house is against morality. Such visits should be avoided. Information in this regard will be collected from the police. This issue has been taken seriously by the Home Ministry. Action will be taken against Azmi, in case he is found guilty. The above statement was made by Home Minister R. R. Patil only yesterday before the media. (Instead of using ifs and buts, the Home Minister should take concrete action and this is not the first time that Azmi has made such venomous statement or visited house of a terrorist, therefore, the Home Minister should give an explanation as to why no action has been taken against Azmi so far ! – Editor SP)
