Panjim (Goa): More than 400 devout Hindus including party workers of various organizations and Sects made resolves today to demand ban on anti-Hindu organizations like Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANS), that are creating religious discord among Hindus, as also be united in supporting Sanatan Sanstha which is engaged in spreading ‘Dharma (Righteousness)’. Anti-Hindus have hatched a plot to eliminate saints, religious leaders, spiritual organizations and pro-Hindu organizations. Besides, miscreants have been attacking Sanatan’s ashram at Ramnathi, Goa since past one month. In view of the above, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) had staged demonstrations, at Azad Maidan, Panaji, to protest against the said attacks. 12 organizations including spiritual organizations, sects, pro-Hindu organizations and political parties joined the agitation.

The organizations that had participated in the demonstrations were – Padmanabh Sampradaya, Sree Sampradaya, Maharashtravadi Gomantak Party (MGo), BJP, Shiv Sena, Mandir Suraksha Samiti, Divya Jagruti Trust, Marathi Rajyabhasha Prasthapan Samiti, Dharmashakti Sena, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Ranaragini and Hindu Mahasabha

Who has people’s support ? Organization like ANS that creates lot of noise with the help of 20 workers or more than 400 people coming together to protest against attacks on Sanatan’s ashram ?

Only 20 persons had gathered on Azad Maidan,  on 31st December, for the demonstrations organized by ANS to demand ban on Sanatan whereas more than 400 people had participated in the demonstrations organized by devout Hindus. This is an indication that people are supporting Sanatan Sanstha working for the welfare of the people and are showing total disregard for the drive undertaken by media and anti-Sanatan organizations. There were only 2 organizations which had taken part in the agitation carried out by ANS (out of which one organization is involved in attacks on Sanatan Ashram) whereas 12 organizations had joined to extend support to Sanatan which is creditable for Sanatan.

There is a saying in Marathi that ‘Shitavarun bhata chi pariksha (one cooked grain of rice is enough to know the quality of rice)’, so, seekers should give this example of people’s support to those who are trying to demoralize them against spreading Sanatan’s mission. Those involved in anti-Sanatan activities are telling people that Sanatan has no place in society but tell them about people’s support received by Sanatan during the demonstrations and re-start ‘Dharma-shikshan’ activities.

Seekers should tell people about the anti-Sanatan stand taken by the media !

On 31st December, all newspapers published news, on their first page, about the agitation organized by ANS as if hundreds of citizens were to participate in the agitation. They, however, did not show courtesy to publish even one line about the agitation organized against attacks on Sanatan Ashram. Seekers must tell everyone wherever they go, the anti-Sanatan stance of media. This will help people, who are being misguided by the media, to know the reality.
