Come together for protection of Indian culture ! – Acharya Janardan Maharaj

Indian culture is great and we have to come together for its protection. Nowadays, our ideals are ‘heroes’ enacting in movies. How can one be a hero if he advertises about some product that can cause addiction? Our heroes should be like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Swami Vivekananda; but unfortunately, we do not feel that way. Even the parents want to see Salman Khan in their children and not Shivaji. All sampradayas, organisations should forget their past and come together to prevent such things. We must contribute in the activities undertaken by HJS for ‘Dharmajagruti’.

Hindus should celebrate New Year on ‘Gudhi Padva’ instead of on the eve of 31st December – Mr. Ramesh Shinde

Hindus should celebrate New Year on Gudhi Padva rather than on the eve of 31st December. Do not blindly imitate western culture. Hindus must address their mother in their mother toungue rather than addressing her as ‘mummy’. Women should apply ‘kumkum’, men should apply ‘tilak’ and live like Hindus. There were 8 % Hindus in Pakistan but now even 1 % Hindus are not left there. In Hindustan, however, the population of Muslims has increased by 15 %. Taking into account the present position of Hindu Dharma, it is necessary for Hindus to unite irrespective of their caste and creed. Today, Muslims do not want to say ‘Vande Mataram’. The motherland is greater than heaven and all those living on this land, must say ‘Vande Mataram’.

Rise in oppression of women despite a woman holding the post of President ! – Mrs. Janhavi Salunkhe

The oppression of women in independent India has surpassed even the times of Mughals or as it happened during the British Rule. Although there is a woman holding the highest post of President and even there are women at ministerial level or holding the post of Sarpanch, the oppression of women is on the rise. In such condition, we have to prepare ourselves in self-defence.

If the youth follow Hinduism, they will be able to live with self-respect – Mr. Vinay Panwalkar

Today, we have to watch the cruel game of dictatorship under the guise of democracy. Today’s youth do not feel protected. Of course, if this youth unite with one thought and one goal, they are capable of fighting against injustice and atrocities. If the youth embraces Hinduiam, they can live with their self-respect in tact!
