Everyone must study biography of Shiva – H.B.P. Dhumal Maharaj

Pune (Maharashtra):  It is a tragedy that awareness has to be created among people towards Hindu Dharma. This is not the case in other religions. In fact, Saint Dnyaneshwar created awareness among people towards Dharma through his ‘Pasaaydaan’  about 750 years ago. Everyone has to be patriot and should study the biography of Shiva. The above advice was given by HBP. Dhumal Maharaj during the Hindu Dharma-jagruti Sabha’ held on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Harishchandri Village (Tal. Bhor, District Pune). The meeting was also attended by Mr. Amol Kale of HJS and Mrs. Anjali Joshi of ‘Ranaragini’.

Mr. Amol Kale explained about the present condition of Hindu Dharma. He said, “Mentally, we have already become Christians by following western culture. One needs to follow the path of Dharma and get training in matters related to Dharma to change this situation.

Mrs. Anjali Joshi said in her address that the women should train themselves in self-defence along with worship of God by chanting His name as it would help them to increase their spiritual, mental and physical strength.

The meet started with lighting of lamp by the dignitaries. Mr. Vishwjeet Chavan and Miss Sumitra Chavan compeered the program which was concluded with singing of all stanzas of ‘Vande Mataram’ .

The ‘sabha’ was attended by Mr. Vilas Gade, the Sarpanch of Harishchandri Village, HBP. Sanjay Maharaj Khutavad besides Mr. Ramdas Pachkale, Mr. Amrut Pachkale and Mr. Janajrdan Gade of Pratapgad Utsav Samiti along with 200 devout Hindus.
