Shiroda – Few anti-Hindus spoiled the display board put up at Shiroda Naka advertising about Hindu Dharma-jagruti Sabha. The board was found smeared with cow-dung. As soon as the members of HJS noticed the damage, they informed the police. The members, later, observed that the board was cleaned within a short while. It could not, however, be ascertained whether the action was taken by the police or the anti-Hindus to avoid police action.

Mr. Veeresh Mainkar, a local member of HJS said in this context that the board was put up on 15th November at 10.00 p.m. at Shiroda Naka. On 16th November around 7.00 a.m., it was noticed that the board was defaced. The police were informed in the evening. Mr. Gawade, a policeman on duty said that somebody seemed to have played a mischief; but the police would keep a watch during their patrolling and inform HJS members. The HJS members went past the board after reporting the matter to the police. After sometime as they again passed by the board, it was noticed that the board was cleaned by then.
