Conspiracy to destroy ‘Sanatan’ by entangling it in the blast !

New Delhi: We have declared our stand earlier that the incidence of blast at Margao is extremely unfortunate and condemnable. It is disparaging that the police are harassing us by their continuous investigations just because one of our seeker died in this blast. Despite this we are fully cooperating with the police in their investigation. However, looking at the way the investigation is going on in Goa, it creates a doubt about whether the government’s stand is to give justice to Sanatan Sanstha. From this it seems that it is a planned conspiracy to destroy Sanatan permanently by entangling it in the blast. Sanatan’s Spokesperson Mr. Abhay Vartak made this allegation today in a press conference organized here.

Mr. Vartak further said, ‘On one hand the chief Police officers were saying that Sanatan Sanstha is not involved in this blast and on the other hand the political leaders were demanding ban on Sanatan Sanstha for being involved in the blasts taking stance of self declared investigating officers. Till now the police have not found any evidence of Sanatan Sanstha’s involvement in this blast. Some political leaders are publicly demanding ban on Sanatan Sanstha even before the investigating officers’ report is given to the government. Looking at the pressure of the current ruling government we feel that this investigation of Margao incident is going like a saying, ‘declare a dog as mad and kill him’. Especially in the last 2 years more than 32 idols of Hindu deities have been desecrated. A special investigating team was appointed for investigating these incidents when the society pressurized the government. Till now not even a single desecrator has been arrested. A truck full of weapons was found in area of a specific group and the government does not feel the need to appoint a special investigating team for this investigation. Also, the government filed the case against this incident after 1.5 years. And on the other hand for seven consecutive days Sanatan’s ashram was being raided unnecessarily and till today the police have continued investigation by going to seekers homes. This itself creates doubt about the intention of Goa government
