Panaji (Goa): ‘Why is the enquiry of the Margao blast going so slow, has the enquiry reached up to the founder of Sanatan Sanstha, H.H. Doctor Athavale? These questions were asked by a lady journalist of an english daily to the information officer and Superintendent of  Police (special branch) Atmaram Deshpande. While answering these questions Mr. Deshpande said, “ Your question itself is incorrect. It shows that you have already concluded Dr. Athavle as a culprit. (Publicity media should prepare the news based on facts. Instead the current media is the reporting news as if they are the judges. This can be seen by the above example. That means they are misguiding the people and polluting the social atmosphere. It does not seem fair on the 4th stage of democracy! – Editor SP) we have not mentioned anywhere that Dr. Athavale is a culprit. Our investigation is still going on. In the coming days it will take a proper turn. The journalist then again said, “he is the founder of the Sanstha.” To this Mr. Deshpande replied ‘the investigation will disclose who the culprit is’

Police superintendent Mr.Deshpande further said, ‘until now, the special investigation unit has investigated the Sanatan Sanstha and also other 30 to 40 people. The police cannot ban any organization. We can submit the report of the investigation and accordingly give recommendations to the government. We can give the suitable information only after completing whole investigation. Various articles regarding the blast have been published by some newspapers in the state, for example – in today’s daily news paper ‘Pudhari’  an article stating that ‘ there was plan to put  blast in Panaji and Mershi’ has been published. On being questioned by some reporters as to why they did not receive this information, Mr.Deshpande replied, ‘Police did not provide any such information.’ We are unaware how such information gets published in the newspapers.” (based on this reply, wise citizens should themselves decide on whom and how much should one trust ! – Editor SP)

Press Note by Sanatan Sanstha

We condemn those trying to defame Sanatan by  making use of media!  

Comments made by the atrocious people in the society on the morality of the girls staying in the Ashram are published by some of the news papers. Also some news papers are defaming Sanatan on the issue of financial transactions. We have taken all these issues very seriously. Some of the atrocious people are making use of the media who have prejudiced thoughts on Sanatan and are defaming it; we strongly condemn this! Said the trustee of Sanatan Sanstha and administrator of Ramnathi Ashram Mr. Virendra Marathe through the news letter.

The Press Note further says, ’Sanatan Sanstha is a registered organisation and all its transactions are registered in the respective departments.  At the same time,  the financial statements are also presented to the government from time to time. We are taking legal advice to sue all those who are making these baseless allegations without actually having the evidence.’ 

Mr. Marathe expressed that ‘the villagers of Bandoda have always helped the activities of Sanatan Sanstha through various means. We are hoping that we will get their support even now.’

Ramnathi (Goa): Two who have been arrested, in relation to the Margao blast are the seekers of Sanatan Sanstha. The two  who were killed were also of  Sanatan Sanstha. Therefore, evidence is being gathered to bring about ban on Sanatan Sanstha.  Home Minister of Goa Mr. Ravi Naik gave this information to the local channel ‘Prudent’ during interview.

In the answers to the questions Mr. Ravi Naik said that.’ The police have confiscated the issues of Daily Sanatan Prabhat.  Articles, editorials, statements are being verified. A special unit has been formed for that. It will take some days to verify that. No one has interfered in this investigation. If anyone does, then a legal action will be taken against them. It is incorrect to state that this investigation is an attempt to settle political scores between Mr. Sudin Dhawalikar and me. I do not have any enmity towards Mr. Dhawalikar. We have not quarreled. To the question, if Sanatan Sanstha is a spiritual organisation or not, he answered saying,’  ‘I do not want to comment now. Let us get the evidence’.

To the question, if the Margao Blast is a failure on the part of Secret service,  he said, ‘Police should have kept a watch. I have to accept that they did not.’ Mr. Naik  accepted it. He clarified one of the questions  by answering that, ‘Sanatan has stated 15th August  as a black day.  The police should have registered this complaint. This issue has not yet come to me.  In regards to, how to kill a bad person (durjan) that is published by  Sanatan, he replied,’ investigation of all the other things just like the blast is going on. In the search all things have been confiscated.’

Panaji (Goa): “I cannot disclose whether Malgonda Patil was the mastermind behind the Mudgaon bomb blast. The investigations are going on and it will be not be proper to talk about the same now,” the above statement was made by Police Superintendent (Special Branch), Mr. Atmaram Deshpande.

Yesterday, an English newspaper had published news about Malgonda Patil, being the mastermind of the Mudgaon bomb blast based on the source of special investigating team. When Mr. Deshpande was questioned on the issue, he made the above statement.

He said further that the special investigation squad would know better on this issue. Three persons from Baramati (Pune) were called only for inquiry. They were not taken into custody by the police. What were the findings when a ‘panchnama’ was done on carrying out a search of the ashram and what did the hard disc contain, is a part of investigations, therefore, he could not disclose anything at this stage. The basic motive behind carrying out the blast is still not uncovered.

Down with the evil tendencies in the Sancaole blasts !

There is news about the arrest of Vinayak Patil and Vinay Talekar in connection with the Sancaole (Goa) blasts. Trusting the primary inference of the police about their offense, we denounce their anti-social act.

Both of them were doing spiritual practice under the guidance of Sanatan Sanstha and doing occasional seva. However, we would like to reiterate yet again that social change can be brought about only through mass education. The evil tendencies in the society cannot be destroyed by medium of bloodshed through blasts. Hence, there is no place for aberrations such as blasts in the working of Sanatan Sanstha. If we find any such anti-social tendencies in Sanatan we will not support them.

It will be improper to comment on the Margao blast before the investigation gets completed ! – Chief Minister

Panaji (Goa): the investigation on Margao blast is not yet completed. It will not be correct to comment on it now itself. The Police are investigating in the right direction. It will take time to see what will come up through the investigation; said the Chief Minister Digambar Kamat to the reporters.

A press conference was called at the official residence of the CM. When asked by the reporters ‘why are you not commenting on the statements made by the publicity advisor of the Government Mr. Vishnu Vagh, on your behalf on the Margao blast. He replied saying, ‘I have not studied the statements made by Mr. Vishnu Vagh. So I cannot comment on them.’ Yesterday Mr. Vagh made accusations on Sanatan that ‘the articles in Sanatan Prabhat Daily are objectionable.’ At that time, Mr. Vagh mentioned that he was speaking on behalf of the CM.

Youth congress Ex-MLA Uday Bhembre’s baseless blame during a silent rally in Margao !

Margao (Goa): Sanatan’s Ramnathi ashram is a bomb producing factory and terrorists are trained here’, this was the baseless blame made by Congress Ex-MLA Uday Bhembre on the Lohia ground today .Mr. Bhembre made the above statements when addressing the attendees during a silent rally organized by the  Youth congress. Chief minister Digambar Kamat was also present  on this occasion.

On  the eve of Diwali bombs were  placed at Margao and Sancaole. Training for  producing  bomb is given in Sanatan Sanstha. At Sanatan’s Ramnathi ashram training on attacking with knifes and operating a ‘rifle’ is given and there is nothing about spirituality. The government should ban Sanatan or else we have the power to ban Sanatan and we will make use of that power. Mr. Bhembre said, for the time being the food material supplied to the ashram should be stopped. After this chief minister Kamat lit the candle and began the  silent rally.

Goa Blast: A possibility of Ban on the Sanatan !

Panaji (Goa): After the incident of the Margao blast, there has been a forceful demand by certain entities from the society to bring about ban on the Sanatan Sanstha. The Government of Goa is taking steps to bring about ban on the Sanatan Sanstha, as the demand for it is increasing. Mr. Vishnu Vagh, publicity adviser gave this indication in the press conference yesterday.

In the past, the Anti Terrorism Squad and the spy service of Maharashtra had submitted a report to the Government of Maharashtra to bring about a ban on Sanatan Sanstha. Nevertheless, due to the lack of evidence both of these applications were rejected.  When trying to ban Sanatan Sanstha in Goa, the question of evidence will be raised. However, seeing the increasing pressure to put a ban on Sanatan Sanstha, and not having evidence against the Sanstha regarding the Margao blast one cannot deny the possibility that the Government will try to bring about ban on the Sanstha for a short duration under the pretext of  so-called provocative writing. This will be like finding a middle/short way to meet the demands of the people.

Increasing pressure from the opposition party, on the Congress Government !

The police have not yet reached a firm decision based on the investigation carried out for the Margao blast. Therefore, the opposition has been trying to pressurise the congress Government. The opposition leader Manohar Parrikar is insisting to hand over the blast investigation to the CBI. 

However, the Government has said, there is no need to hand over the investigation to the CBI and has appointed a special squad. Parriker has said that the Special squad has not been able to make any remarkable progress in this investigation and has given a week’s time to the Government. If there is no more development in the investigation in the coming week, then it is clear that the opposition will take matters in hand. The Congress thinks that, the atmosphere then created would be against the Government and they will not be able to handle it.

I am not sympathizer  towards Sanatan! – clarity given by BJP’s Manohar Parrikar

Sanatan does not have  the support of either the Congress or the BJP, but only of God’ - this is exactly what Sanatan says !

Panaji (Goa):  the former CM of Goa and BJP leader Manohar Parrikar clarified that he does not sympathise with Sanatan and that he does not agree with many of its principles.  (From the first day of the blast, the leaders and MLAs of Shiv Sena contacted and  has revealed his confidence and support on Sanatan  The leader of Shivseva has personally expressed his support to Sanatan in the Editorial in their daily Saamna. Thus, Sanatan feels support of Shiv Sena ! - Editor SP)  

Parrikar has given this clarification based on the comments made in the press conference of Sanatan Sanstha that Parrikar has shown support to the Sanstha. (In yesterday’s press conference, Sanatan has not mentioned that Parrikar has expressed his support to Sanatan ! - Editor SP) He further said,’ from the views that  I have expressed, one cannot conclude that  I have sympathy towards Sanatan.  It cannot be said that the ideology of Sanatan Sanstha is correct. They hate certain entities. I do not agree to this. (All the activities of Sanatan are based on the Prembhav Parrikar should not forget this important point ! - Editor SP) I have only taken the side of justice. Home minister Ravi Naik is responsible for making allegations on Sanatan Sanstha without having evidence. This can cause hindrance in the investigation.” When he was asked about Seekers of Sanatan meeting him, he replied saying,’ I meet everyone. I cannot decide whom to meet based on their political background or by checking their ideology. ‘

Press conference by Sanatan Sanstha at Panaji !

Panaji (Goa): The police are carrying out search of Sanatan Ashram continuously for the past 8 days since Margao bomb blast. During this period, the police carried a thorough search of the whole ashram thrice and now they have started carrying out such searches even of the residence of seekers. The outcome of these searches is nil but still continuing the searches is like mental torture of the seekers. It is like bringing an axe on their freedom and humiliating them; therefore, the Government should now stop this unjust inquiry and should start investigating the other side of the bomb blast. The above demand was made by Mr. Virendra Marathe, the Managing Trustee of Sanatan Sanstha in a press conference held here. The press conference was held at Guj Hall and was also attended by Mr. Pruthviraj Hazare, the Editor of ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ periodicals and Dr. Krushnamurthy Rao, the renowned ‘Advocate Notary’ and ‘Consultant Physician’.

Police try to hang the sword of inquiry on Sanatan’s head

Mr. Marathe said further, “We have earlier explained the possibility of some unknown persons planting the explosives on the two-wheeler of Yogesh Naik, who later succumbed to his injuries and thus killing Malgonda Patil and Yogesh Naik. The police should now try to investigate the matter in this direction. The inquiry of Sanatan’s ashram is complete; but if required, it can be re-started as the police department has made all the arrangements to continue to keep the sword of inquiry hanging on Sanatan’s head. Sanatan’s ashram is not a haunt of terrorists. Here, seekers stay with their family members. The small girls living in the ashram are scared due to the daily police inquiry. The Government should think about the adverse effect it can create on these children’s psyche if the police go on creating such intimidating atmosphere.”

Extending the limits of investigations with a view to target Sanatan Sanstha is contemptible   

Under the name of Margao bomb blast, the police are conducting inquiry even into the permissions granted to the Sanstha for carrying out the construction of Sanatan’s Ramnathi ashram, papers related to the Trust including the last 10 years working so also books published by Sanatan. The Sanstha is registered and all the transactions are quite transparent. All the conditions related to the construction of ashram and all financial transactions are followed very strictly. We are very particular about submitting all the data to the respective departments of the Government within the prescribed time. How can these matters have any connection with the bomb blast? The attempt to extend the limit of the investigations for the purpose of targeting Sanatan is most contemptible. Of course, Sanatan Sanstha is cooperating with the police in every inquiry, clarified Mr. Marathe.     

Legal opinion is sought in connection with Sanatan’s humiliation

Mr. Marathe also informed that the Sanstha was seeking legal advice on filing cases against all those elements who were involved in the deliberate humiliation of Sanatan.

Agonizing experiences of seekers during the period of post-bomb blast inquiry by the Government and Administration

In the press conference, Mr. Marathe pointed out the following painful incidents to the journalists

1. Immediately after the blast, the Home Minister of Goa, Mr. Ravi Naik was talking to the media persons linking Sanatan in the bomb blast case when the police officers were informing the media that they had not found any evidence against Sanatan’s involvement. Thus the Home Minister has severely maligned Sanatan’s name.

2. The Speaker of the Goa Assembly, Pratapsinh Rane and Construction Minister Churchill Alemav demanded a ban on Sanatan as if convicting Sanatan.

3. The squad that defuses bombs, confiscated an alarm clock from the ashram and showed it to the media as an electronic circuit.    

4. For the first 3 days from 16th October, the police searched the ashram without showing ‘search warrant’ for the same. While copying the data on hard disc, the police did not do ‘panchanama’ of ‘Hash Value’. They did not do ‘panchanama’ even of other things taken by them from the ashram. 

5. While carrying out the search of the ashram for 2 days (11 hours per day), the police made all the 170 seekers staying in the ashram, sit in the hall causing loss of so many working hours.

6. The employees of the Home Department are calling up the neighbours of Sanatan seekers and asking them to keep a watch on Sanatan seekers thus trying to incite people against the seekers.

7. The police from the State of Maharashtra are going to the residences of seekers and defaming Sanatan’s name. They are advising the relatives of the seekers not to send their children to Sanatan and advising them to call back their children if they are in the ashram.

Police enquiry of a Sanatan seeker from Sakhli, Goa

Sakhli (Goa): For the past few days police are conducting enquiry of seekers of Sanatan Sanstha because of the Margao blast. In the same context they questioned Mr. Shipad Bakre from Sakhli, yesterday. They told Mr. Bakre that‘they are questioning him because of the orders from seniors’. They asked him various details like , who lives with him, his phone number, where he works etc. They avoided coming in the house and preferred to sit outside on chair and questioned this. Some part of the conversation is given below.
 
Police: Does everyone come to you alone?
Mr. Bakre: No
Police: Who all attend the satsangs?
Mr. Bakre: Cannot specifically tell who all come to attend the satsang.
Police: Where does Mr. Joshi live?
Mr. Bakre: I do not recognise him.

On forth day in a row, seekers from Ramanthi Ashram of Sanatan are being called at police station for an enquiry.

Phonda (Goa): The seekers from Ramnathi Ashram have been summed to the police station for the fourth day in a row for the enquiry in regards to the bomb blast at Madgao. Mr. Rahul Kulkarni has been summoned twice. So also  Mr. Swapnil Naik, Vinayak Patil and Vijay Taleker from Fonda district have been questioned again.

Sanatan opposers demand NARCO Test of Dr. Athavale, in a meeting at Mashel !

Mashel (Goa): ‘Mashel Jagrut Nagrik Samiti’ demanded in the meeting organized by them that the founder of Sanatan Sanstha Dr. Jayant Athavale be arrested in Margao blast case and Sanatan’s hermitage in Bandoda be sealed and NARCO test be done of senior seekers of Sanatan along with Dr. Athavale. (‘Mashel Jagrut Nagrik Samiti’ speakers talking anything rubbish just because they have a mouth ! Police investigation is in process with regards to Goa blast. Police have not yet come to any conclusion. Sanatan haters are talking and making above mentioned demands as if Sanatan Sanstha and H.H. Dr. Athavale are terrorists. When a truck full of swords was spotted in ‘Moti dongar’, we did not hear this Samiti conducting any meetings to present this point with such an urge ! - Editor SP)

Samiti’s advocate Mr. Vijay Narvekar, Dr. Kashinath Jalmi, Mr. Yadneshwar Nigalye, Mr. Jawahar Barve, Mr. Ramesh Gawas and Mrs. Jyoti Kunkalkar were present for this meeting. Mr. Ramesh Gawas said, “Sanatan’s bold literature is a big bomb and police should consider this as proof and ban Sanatan Sanstha. (So called scholar Ramesh Gawas can show with examples which of Sanatan’s writings are provocative and to what extent. Other religions openly propagate violence and even act upon it. Has Gawas anytime demanded of banning them? – Editor SP)

Manohar Pararikar is demanding CBI investigation in order to change the direction of investigation of Goa police. (Why shouldn’t Sanatan make the same allegations that Gawas is accusing because of hatred towards Sanatan, about this statement made by Gawas? – Editor SP)

Yadneshwar Nigalye said, “What are these principles which tell that, ‘if you are born as Brahmin then you will attain Moksha (liberation) while if you are born as a Dalit then you will be destroyed’?” (Nigalye’s false invention ! Sanatan is seeking legal advice for legal proceedings against Nigalye,  who is defaming Sanatan by intentionally spreading misconceptions about Sanatan in the society, when Sanatan does not teach any such thing ! – Editor SP)

Search in the Sanatan Ashram completed – Goa Police

Panaji (Goa): Special Police Officer Atmaram Deshpande informed that the search at Sanatan’s Ashram in Ramnathi was completed. He refused to give more information in this regard. This statement was given in the daily ‘Navaprabha’.  Deshpande further told as an answer to one of the questions that the “enquiry is going on in a proper direction. In this case we have also doubt some of the members of the Sanstha”. When he was asked about Sanatan’s literature, Deshpande told that the “enquiry is still going on.”

Incorrect statement made by GOA DIG that ‘Sanatan’s ideology is wrong’ !

In an interview to a local channel yesterday, Goa police DIG Ravindra Yadav has made a statement that ‘Sanatan’s ideology is wrong’. This statement of Yadav is incorrect. On what basis has he made such a statement? Goals and objectives of Sanatan Sanstha are submitted to Government when the Sanstha was registered. Mr.Yadav can have clear idea about Sanstha, if he can put some efforts to read and study those goals and objectives. To become more familiar with Sanatan’s ideology he should at least study 10 percent of the literature published by Sanatan in the form of over 150 holy texts and 250 video/audio CDs. Mr. Yadav has raised the point of something being wrong in Sanatan’s teachings In relation to Thane, Vashi and now Margao blast.

Mr. Yadav has also raised question about the so called objectionable writing in Sanatan’s books. Sanatan will not oppose any unbiased inquiry as per law. Our only wish is that the Police should work within the legal framework and do not indulge in prejudiced comments and criticism like political leaders.

Anti-Righteous people should await Court’s decision in Margao blast case !

Since the incident of Goa blast Sanatan opposers and Anti-Righteous people have been relentlessly demanding a ban on Sanatan Sanstha.  Anddhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti arranged a public meet in Bandoda, where Sanatan’s Ashram in Goa is located and ‘Citizen for Secularism and Communal Harmony’ arranged one public meet in Margao. Both demanded a ban on Sanatan. Both these organizations are atheist and are anti-Hindu, whereas Sanatan is God believer and Pro-Hindu. Hence the accusations made by these organizations are out of malice and prejudice. We appeal to people not to trust the propaganda done by these organizations. These organizations too should wait for the Court’s decision before linking Sanatan in this matter.

Home Minister of Goa Ravi Naik’s statement during the ‘Eid’ program: Margao bomb blast case enquiry will be impartial

Even though the investigation of the bomb blast is still in progress and the reason behind the blast is not yet clarified, Mayor Shinkre made baseless statements and tried to create a Religious conflict

Ponda (Goa): In Margao bomb blast case enquiry is going on impartially. Police officers from our department are capable of investigating this case. Investigation  is going on and we are gathering evidences. At the appropriate time  those evidencess will be shown to the citizens. After receiving an investigation report from the police we are going to take  actions on those who are found guilty. No one should create any obstacles in this investigation. Opposition party leaders should not also blabber about this. These were the statements made by Home Minister Ravi Naik today in Savitri hall, Kurti, Ponda in a program arranged on the occasion of ‘Eid’. Muslims from Ponda had arranged this program. At that time  Hussain Mulla, Head of the village and Mr. Shailendra Shinkre,  Mayor of Phonda Municipality were present on the platform.

Home Minister Naik  also told that the bomb blast  in Margao was an effort made to disturb  the peace in Goa. Malgonda Patil who died in the  Mudgaon bomb blast was living in  a hut in  Sangli. (Absolutely wrong information given by the Home Minister of Goa! – Editor SP) Youngsters who are poor are utilised for doing these types of illegal activities. Now society knows such people. During my tenure as a Home Minister, I have solved many cases. (The criminals are wandering freely in many cases like the 30 incidences of Idol-breaking, Scarlet murder,  Murder of young  girls’ etc.  Home minister Naik, whom is he trying to fool by making such statements? – Editor SP) 

Even though there is a requirement of 15 thousand policemen in our department, we are managing properly with 5 thousand policemen.  So with a less human power, police department is doing good work.  Mayor of the City, Shinkre said that Margao bomb blast was made as an attempt to start a dispute among Muslims and Hindus; but who are doing this will suffer in this case. (Investigation of bomb blast is going on and before realizing any reason  behind the bomb blast,  Mayor Shinkre is making statements without any proof and creating religious dispute! – Editor SP) It is important for Home Minister Naik that in this case he should give justice to Goa citizens.

Sanatan hater Goa police busy in criticizing the approach (thought process) of Sanatan Sanstha instead of investigating the blast

Ramnathi (Goa): How can the seekers of Sanatan Sanstha have any relation to the terrorist activities, when their teaching is about ‘devotion towards God’? So it is necessary to croos check (verify) the teaching of Sanatan Sanstha, said Ravindra Yadav, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Goa commented that it is necessary to cross check (verify) the teachings of Sanatan. He made this statement while he was giving an interview on one of the TV show ‘Head on’ on the ‘Prodent’ TV channel. (Sanatan Sanstha teaches society about Spirituality by giving them the scientific perspective behind Spirituality and encourages the society to commence spiritual practice and guides them on how to live blissful life. It is inappropriate to comment on the teaching of the Sanstha by linking the Sanstha with terrorist activities, when the connection of the seeker of the Sanstha has not yet been established with the terrorist activities ! – Editor SP)

When he was asked, if there is any link of Sanatan Sanstha to the blast, he replied saying,’ in any incident we cannot speak unless we have the evidence. At present, the task of looking for evidence is going on’. When he was asked that there is objectionable matter found in the Holy texts. Yadav further said, ‘we can set up a committee and verify the written matters in the books. The books can be charged under the section 295 and 153’.

When Yadav was asked if they would enquire if there are any links of the Transportation Minister, Sudin Dhavalikar and his wife with the activities of Sanatan Sanstha; he clarified it by saying.’ The police will do all the necessary enquiries that are needed in the investigation without, considering the name of the person or his designation.’ (All those who come in the ashram, do so to do spiritual practice. Besides doing chanting, meditating, the main objective behind serving in the ashram is to experience bliss. The residences of seekers of Sanatan are being searched now !

Ponda (Goa): After the search of Sanatan ashram for two days, the police are now searching the residences of the seekers. Yesterday the police searched the residence of Mr. Shailesh Behare and today they questioned Mr. Ashok Desai from Kunkalli for two hours. They made the seeker Mr. Bhagavan Naik, from Madkai, come to the police station for questioning and they have taken into custody Mr. Sambhaji Mane from Ramnathi Ashram.

On 24th October, from 11.45am to 5.40pm the police special unit made an ennquiry at the residence Mr. Shailesh Behare. A team of 10-12 people comprising of one officer, police and panch (member of the village administration body) came to his house. They searched the first floor of the house, which is the office of ‘Hindu Dharma Pratishthan’. The police officer just verbally informed Mr. Behare that they have the search warrant and did not give him a copy of the warrant.  (When the special unit of police had come for the search of Ramnathi ashram, at that time they were asked for a copy of the ‘search warrant’.  Even after that experience the special unit of police did not present the seeker the copy of the search warrant’ ! - Editor SP) During this search, the police took old documents and copies of reports. They also took with them the ‘hard disk’ of the computer for further checking.

Following are the good and bad experiences, of  the seeker, regarding the special unit of the police:

1. This police unit did not have a computer to take the ‘Hash Value’ of the ‘Hard Disk’. When they brought a computer from the police station,  they realised that the computer did not have a RAM. They had to go back to get it. In this whole process1 and half hour was wasted.

2. The unit did not have a adhesive to make a seal.

3. One of the officers from the special unit forgot his bag at the residence of Mr. Behare. When Mr. Behare informed the police at the police station, the police asked him to bring it to the police station. To which Mr. Behare replied,’ you come and confirm that it is your bag and take it from here.’ Then the police came and took the bag.

4. When the officers of the special unit came to know that Mr. Behare is vegetarian, at that time they showed the courtesy of having non-vegetarian food outside the house.

A fraudulent plot of the biased Congress who safeguard the terrorists and accuses flawless Sanatan as terrorists!

Mumbai: Sanatan cannot be compared with terrorists organization ‘Simi’ since the aim/policy of Sanatan is to spread science of spirituality in the society. Sanatan has published different types of holy texts for the society. Neglecting the immense work done  for the betterment of the society, how can one blame Sanatan for the mistake of a single person and the court has not yet proved that Sanatan’s seekers did the blasts, claimed Sanatan’s spokesperson Mr. Abhay Vartak. 

He was answering to the questions from the office of ‘Times Now’ news channel in Mumbai. When 2-3 person’s from the ‘SIMI' organization are caught  then we do not say that we should not do investigation against the organization, then when the Sanatan’s people are caught, should we not do investigation against the organization?, this was the question asked on which Mr. Abhay Vartak replied as stated above.

There is demand of investigation against Sanatan. But when it is revelled that  the members of NCP are proved to be involved in a murder case then why don’t we use the same law against the National congress and other parties?, this was the question asked by Mr. Abhay Vartak. He further said, the deputy superintendent of Goa police himself has declared in a press conference that ‘there is no evidence that Sanatan sanstha was involved in the bomb blasts’.

Upon hearing the above statement, interviewer of ‘Times Now’ channel ended the interview in hurry.

The Home Minister of congress is creating mystery stories like ‘Sherlock Holmes’! 

Panaji (Goa): as per the statement made by Home Minister Mr. Ravi Naik, the main accused of the Madagao blast, Mr. Malagonda Patil, had revealed the names of his accomplice to the police, before he died of his injuries when he was carried to hospital. (For the past 5 days, Goa, Maharashtra, and Kernataka Police have not found any thing regarding this incident. The Home Minister Mr. Ravi Naik is making such false statements and is ridiculing himself! – Editor SP)

On the other hand Police officer  of CID, Goa Mr. Atmaram Deshpande said that, he is not aware of any such information that was given by the dead accused. (This statement of Mr. Atmaram Deshpande has unmasked the false accusations made by the Home Minister Mr. Ravi Naik; who provided information to the media before the police did. Thus, based on the statements of the police, Sanatan is once again demanding that the CM Mr. Digambar Kamat should run the investigation under his observation! - Editor SP)

Mr. Naik, refused to give any more information about the statement given by Mr. Patil, before his death, by saying ‘it will create hindrance in the investigation of the police’. For the past five days,   a special squad of Goa Police and ‘anti terrorism squad’ from Maharashtra, have put many raids on the Ramnathi Ashram of Sanatan Sanstha. However, they have not found anything. During this time, many seekers have been questioned and no one has been arrested.

On whom we should Trust?  The police; who is saying that there are no proofs against Sanatan Sanstha or The Home Minister of congress; who is causing unnecessary trouble to Sanatan?

For the past two days, tow senior officers of Police are holding press conferences and saying that there are no proofs found against Sanatan. On the other hand, the Home Minister, Mr. Ravi Naik is claiming that there are proofs. In addition, the police are visiting the Ramnathi Ashram of Sanatan Sanstha every day and are making enquiries. For the past four days, Editor of Sanatan Prabhat group Mr. Pruthviraj Hazare and three seekers of Sanatan Sanstha are being detained in the police station from 8:30 am to 9 pm. So in the end, whom should the people trust? The police - who are saying that, there are no evidence against Sanatan Sanstha; or the Home Minister- who is causing unnecessary trouble?

The Home Minister should resign from his post for making false accusations on Sanatan Sanstha without any evidence

Panaji (21 October) - The Home minister Ravi Naik has been accusing Sanatan Sanstha of having connection with the blasts in Madgao. However, there have been no evidences found in the investigation to confirm this. Therefore, it will be wrong to say that the Sanatan Sanstha has made this blast. The SP (intelligence dept) and police office Atmaram Deshpande stated this in a press conference.
 
He further said,’ Home minister is my ‘boss’. Therefore, i would not like to speak further on his claim that Sanatan Sanstha is involved in this. (Will the people ever be able to experience ideal government because of this ‘boss’ culture? - Editor SP)  No organisation can be accused without any solid proof. If any organisation is accused, then they have the right to seek justice against the accusations made.

Police is not demanding ban on Sanatan Sanstha!

SP Atmaram Deshpande said that the two people who have been killed been this blast are responsible for the blast. (On what basis have the police come to this conclusion? - Editor SP) Even though they are related to Sanatan Sanstha, the police have not demanded a ban on the Sanstha. We have not presented any report saying that any other member of Sanatan Sanstha is involved in this blast. The police cannot take the decision of putting ban on any organisation. The police only investigate. We will present the report after completing full investigation of the blast. Only then will the government be able to make a decision of whether to put a ban on the Sanatan Sanstha or not. The entire investigation will take some time.

The police officer further said, “The police have never had any suspicion about the activities of Sanatan Sanstha for past many years. Even when the Sanstha was being related to the blasts in Mumbai, one cannot hold the entire organisation or the organisation in another state, working under the same name; guilty because of a few people from the organisation.”

No connection has been established yet between Malagonda Patil and the riots in Sangali

He also stated that, Sangali is the birthplace of Malagonda Patil. Therefore we cannot question, why he visited his town. However, we still have to investigate if he was connected to the riots that happened in Sangali at that time.

No ban on Sanatan until the investigation is completed ! – Decision of the Goa cabinet

Panaji (Goa): In a press conference that was held after the meeting of the council of ministers; CM Digambar Kamat said that the cabinet decided today that ‘the decision of banning or not banning the Sanatan Sanstha should be taken only after the completion of the entire investigation. In this meeting, all the incidences related to the Margao blast were presented in order of occurrence and then this decision was taken.’

He further said that, ‘no one will be held responsible until evidence is found. That is why a decision of putting a ban on Sanatan was not taken. We do not have to involve the intelligence department. Goa state police are capable enough. Police will investigate from all angles. A special squad has been formed for this investigation. Goa police will take help from Maharashtra police as and when the need arises.

Sanatan appeas to Goa Citizens : Do not fall prey to instigating statements !

1. Various false news are being published about the Founder of Sanatan Sanstha, H.H. Dr. Jayant Athavale. Some have said that He is admitted in Apollo hospital, Margao. Others have published news that He is to travel abroad on the 24th of October. We had explained in our official press note yesterday that H.H. Dr. Athavale is ill for the past two and a half years. For the last 8 months, He is taking treatment in His room. Also no foreign tour has been planned by him.

2. Over the last 2 days senior police officials have stated clearly in press conference that 'No evidence has been found against Sanatan'. Still the instigation of people against Sanatan is going on in some villages. Some miscreants 'Nurturing dreams of a ban on Sanatan and working for it' are striving for it. They have the support of some politicians looking for political vendetta. However, the common man alert to the truth behind this conspiracy is with Sanatan. Many Goans have affirmed their support to us. They have realised that the investigation of the Margao blast is being conducted purely from a political perspective and that Sanatan has been held ransom for it. Hence, the sympathy of the religious, law abiding Goan is with Sanatan. Sanatan is thankful to all such Goans proud of religion.

Sanatan is taking legal advice against those making instigating statements against Sanatan and thereby defaming it. It is our appeal to all Goans that let us all respect the judicial system. Sanatan is ready to face investigation and is co-operating in it. Hence, till such time that the Court does not come to a conclusion, please do not fall prey to any instigating statements.

Let the CM conduct the investigation of Margao blast under his supervision for an impartial investigation

Despite lack of any evidence about Sanatan’s hand in the Margao blast, the Goa Home minister has taken up a defamation campaign of Sanatan by giving completely false statements to the media. This torture perpetrated by the government on a charitable organisation working in the field of Spirituality is denouncable. Now, we do not have any hope that we will get justice from the Home minister who is acting with vengeance. Hence, through this press note we are requesting the Chief minister to conduct the investigation under his supervision.

Home minister Ravi Naik has given false information to the media that, ‘Malgonda Patil who died in the Margao blast was the administrator of Sanatan ashram’. The administration of the ashram was not looked after by Malgonda Patil. No evidence has been found so far to ban Sanatan. Hence, Ravi Naik has declared that Malgonda Patil was the administrator of the ashram because, ‘By labelling Malgonda Patil as the administrator of the ashram, it will be easier to ban Sanatan’.

1. Since the 18th October, citing various reasons, the police have procrastinated in giving the dead body of Malgonda Patil into the custody of his relatives. On 19th October they said that, ‘The dead body cannot be given to the relatives as the post-mortem was pending’. Consequently, these relatives returned to Sangli today. It is shameful that the government of Goa is not efficient enough to give the dead body to the relatives even after 4 days.

2. The police have indicated that action will be taken on the ashram administrator for not giving information about a French family staying in the Sanatan Ramnathi ashram. Sanatan has always followed all the laws. We sadly agree that this digression happened due to our ignorance about this law. There is frequent news in many newspapers about foreign nationals taking control of land and indulging in shady activities. The people should think about the reasons why the police find a family residing in the Sanatan ashram to study ‘The Indian culture and Spirituality’ more objectionable rather than these shady foreigners.

3. Some newspapers have published the news that ‘The Founder of Sanatan Sanstha, H.H. Dr. Jayant Athavale is to be investigated and is to be detained as He is to travel abroad on the 24th of October’ quoting the Deputy General of Police, Ravindra Yadav. H.H. Dr. Jayant Athavale is ill for the past two and a half years. Since the last 8 months, even within the room He has to walk with support. Also no foreign tour has been planned by Him. Hence, there is no question of detaining Him.

4. The residents of Bandoda, Goa, where the Sanatan ashram is located have planned a public meeting on 21.10.09. As the Margao blast issue is going on with political vengeance, considering the possibility of harm to the ashram by workers of political parties and anti-social elements, we request protection from the government via this press note.

Panji (Goa): Goa Transport Minister Mr. Sudin Dhawalikar commented that Sanatan Sanstha’s branch at Bandoda has absolutely no participation to any suspicious incidences. All that is done in this branch is publication of periodicals, publication of Holy texts and meditation (spiritual practice). His response to the recent Madgoan situation is published in ‘The Times of India’ issue of 20th October.

Mr. Dhawalikar said, ‘The incidence is unfortunate. If at all the Sanstha is involved then they should be punished.’

When asked about his wife he replied, ‘My wife Mrs. Jyoti Dhawalikar has been associated with Sanatan Santha since last 4 years, and is following Dhyanyoga. She visits ashram 3-4 times in a week for couple of hours a day. I don’t see anything wrong in this.’ He also said, ‘Not only ashrams of this organization, but in my constituency there are various temples and other ashrams. My father too was a priest.’

Panvel (Maharashtra): At a Press Conference in ‘Kashyap Hall’ at Old Panvel, which was full of Media reporters, Sanatan Sanstha’s Spokesperson Mr. Abhay Vartak spoke about the handling of Margao blast in Goa – ‘Soon after the incidence of blast at Margao and before the investigations about the blast began; Home Minister of Goa, Mr. Ravi Naik declared involvement of Sanatan Sanstha. . As a result, the Media is broadcasting news defaming Sanatan Sanstha continuously since last two days. This is nothing but the conspiracy of Congress Rulers to defame and finish off a Pro-Hindu organization. People will give appropriate answer to this conspiracy.’ This Press Conference was organized by Sanatan Sanstha. At this time, office bearer of Sanatan Sanstha Mr. Vivek Naphade was also present.

The language of banning Sanatan is immature and a laughing matter !

Mr. Vartak further said, “Sanatan’s activities are spreading rapidly all around the world.   Many Advocates, Doctors, Engineers, Businessmen are in this Sanstha since last 15-16 years and are tirelessly making efforts for the awakening of Nation and Dharma. Thousands of seekers are doing Spiritual practice as per guidance by Sanatan, and many more are following the Sanstha’s guidance.  How would such Sanstha perform an act of  Terrorism? When a murder case was registered against Nationalist Congress’s member Padamsingh Patil, no one accused Congress Party. Is it appropriate to defame whole organization, if someone out of thousands of members of organization, does any wrong action? The suggestion to ban ‘Sanatan’ is similar to closing down a school  if 1 or 2 students of that school do not behave well. Such demand is immature and nothing but a laughing matter !

There are two possibilities in this case, either Malgonda Patil was responsible for the blast or he was killed due to some conspiracy. It is an injustice on Sanatan that the latter possibility is completely ignored and only the former possibility is taken into account for the investigation of blast.   Mr. Vartak asked, “if tomorrow a blast occurs in the vehicle of Chief Minister, then would the authorities  investigate who did it or would they investigate that ‘the Chief Minister did the blast?

Sanatan will challenge in the Court against unlawful stand of Government!

Mr. Vartak said, “ If Goa Government thinks that they can do anything just because they are in power, , then People will give them proper answer in the future.  Sanatan is going to challenge the Government in the Court for such injustice. Sanatan has never adopted path of violence. It is clear stand of Sanatan that whoever will be found guilty in the investigation, they should be punished as per Law. For this reason, Sanatan is fully co-operating with the Police.”

Goa’s Congress Government is opposing Sanatan due to its work of  uniting Hindus !

Mr. Vartak said, “Sanatan created awareness in people on large scale about incidents of desecration of Deities’ Idols in Temples. This was resulted in Unity of Hindus and it also proved inactiveness of Goa Government. So, it may be possible that the Goa Government is holding grudges against Sanatan and has done the conspiracy to trap Sanatan in this incidence. . This is why the Home Minister is alleging Sanatan’s involvement even before the investigation is completed and going to the Judges.”

Who is going to compensate the loss to Sanatan due to this defamation?

Mr. Vartak further said, “Even though nothing has been proved in the investigations of Margao blast, some Congress Ministers in Goa are defaming Sanatan for their political selfishness and the Media is also broadcasting the defamatory news. Who will compensate the loss to Sanatan when tomorrow it is proved that Sanatan was not involved? Goa’s opposition leader and Ex-CM of Goa Mr. Manohar Parrikar said in the Press Conference that Sanatan should file lawsuit against the Media defaming them. So we are requesting the Media that they should not get carried away with the false allegations of the political leaders, and not defame organization like Sanatan, which works for Spirituality and Righteousness.”

Goa Home Minister should not probe Margao Blast with Political gesture!

Home Minister of Goa Mr. Ravi Naik wants to get ahead of his colleagues in the cabinet of m inisters, so he wants to make issue of  Margao blast for political gain and for that he wants to trap Sanatan Sanstha. Goa assembly opposition leader Mr. Manohar Parrikar has focused on this fact and he is exposing involvement of politics in Margao blast case. We  condemn Mr. Ravin Naik, Home Minister of Goa who wants to give political colour to Margao blast probe.

It is honest request of Sanatan that Margao Blast probe should be done without any partiality. But if Home Minister is trying to trap Sanatan with the help of police for political gain, then Sanatan will also resist against it in a democratic manner.

We will lodge complaint against terror of  Investigation Agencies!

Police continued their behavior of terror while investigating in Sanatan ashram at Ramnathi even on the third day. Police took custody of some objects in ashram without any intimation on 18 October. When seekers asked to have some proof/note of these objects, the Police said, “We have come here to seal your ashram. So do you want note of the custody of these objects or should we seal this Ashram?” We are very sad due to such behavior of police even though Sanatan ashram is giving full co-operation to the investigation. So we will definitely resist against such injustice in legal way at the right time.

It is injustice to have nationwide enquiry of seekers of Sanatan !

Government Investigation agencies are now again probing Sanatan Sanstha with the reason of Margao blast. Police are enquiring seekers of Sanatan going at their homes in Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala and Gujarat state. This is nothing but the plot of Congress to harass seekers of Sanatan. Sanatan is resisting Congress Government from philosophical dimension, but it is shameful that Congress is not battling on intellectual level and it is using other inappropriate ways to finish ‘Sanatan’.

There is no need to impose Labour Law for seekers in Ashram !

Police had enquiry at Sanatan’s printing press in Margao on 18 October. police officials have agreed that there was not any objectionable matter. But now police are raising the point that the printing press is not having book for workers as per Labour Law. Seekers in all Sanatan ashrams do not work as salaried employee,but they work there as seekers with devotional service towards Dharma. So seekers can not be compared with labour. So this point is baseless and it is raised without any reason.

Sanatan publishes information of Police enquiries so that everyone should know atrocities on Sanatan by Congress Government !

Before 8-10 days, Goa Police called in Ramnathi Ashram to have enquiry about ‘F.C.R.A.’. In this enquiry they had name of Late Malgonda Patil. Some Media persons are questioning that ‘Why Sanatan Prabhat has published this information?’. Today’s Government is feeding well to the terrorists like Mohammad Afzal Guru and harassing Pro-Hindus by accusing them as terrorist through the police. From last year onwards, police are enquiring Sanatan Sanstha at various locations. ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ was publishing that information so that the Society can be aware of the fact how Government is doing injustice to Sanatan.

Creating awareness is essential to remove malpractice in Hindu Dharma !

Sanatan Sanstha  carries out campaigns against malpractices that have come up in Hindu Dharma in Ganesh Festival, Navaratri Utsav and Narkasur Festival. In the beginning, Sanatan conducted these campaigns with the help of posters and pamphlets to create awareness against these malpractices. Now the society has became aware of these malpractices in Hindu festivals and at many places, such malpractices are stopped. So now we are  creating awareness through daily news papers and weekly and monthly publications.

There is no evidence of involvement of Sanatan Sanstha in Goa Blast : Goa Dy. Inspector General

Panaji (Goa): Investigation done by Police in case of Madgao blast has been confirmed that late Malgonda Pa til and seriously injured Mr. Yogesh Naik were involved in the blast. This duo carried the bomb and it exploded accidently, but it has been also confirmed that there is no involvement of any other organization in Madgao blast. We have not found any evidence of involvement of Sanatan Sanstha  in the blast. Also we have not arrested anyone in this case. But there is lot of similarity between the Madgao blasts and the blasts occurred at Vashi and Thane. Madgao blast accused Malgonda  Patil was in contact with Tha ne blast accused Vikram Bhave. This information was given by Deputy Inspector General of Goa Mr. Ravindra Yadav in the Press Conference held here in the late evening.

Mr. Yadav further said, “Late Malgonda  Patil was holding important post at Sanatan’s Ashram at Ramnathi and Sangli. It has been also revealed that 3 German citizens are living in Sanatan Ashram at Ramnathi. These foreigners have not filled ‘Form C’; so we are going to take action against the  Ashram management. Investigation was also done with Sanatan Sanstha ’s founder Dr. Jayant Athavale, but as his health is not in good condition since last 3 months he is bedridden, it was not possible to do more inquiries. It has been confirmed that the two-wheeler in Madgao Blast does not belong to Mr. Bakhale; but, it belongs to Mr. Suresh Naik, the brother of Mr. Yogesh Naik.”

Farce of Congress based police investigations cannot end God blessed ‘Sanatan’!

“Call the Dog mad and kill him” is the policy of Congress Government regarding Sanatan in Margao blasts!

Yesterday we have already published our condemnation of the unfortunate blasts at Margao and our willingness and guarantee of providing full cooperation and support to the police in investigations regarding the blasts. We firmly stand by this commitment even today. But the investigations of Sanatan Ashram, started by the governmental agencies, as hideout of terrorists is baseless.  In this matter we strongly feel that the government had some sinister motive in involving Sanatan Sanstha in this matter.

Sanatan is not guilty, we are the complainants! We want justice!

Margao blast is a massive plot against Sanatan. The motive of killing a Sanatan seeker by anti-social elements has been successful. Instead of going into the root of the matter the government investigations are trying to involve Sanatan into it. One cannot overlook the possibility of some unknown elements having placed the explosives in the boot of the scooter on which Late Sanatan seeker Malgonda Patil was sitting but the police have not even given a thought to this possibility. Sanatan is not guilty in this matter. We are complainants in this case now. The government should give us justice in this case.

Nishad Bakle has no connection with Sanatan Sanstha!

All media agencies are portraying Mr. Nishad Bakle, owner of the scooter in which the explosives of Margao blasts were kept, as a Sanatan Seeker. Actually Mr. Nishad Bakle is not a Sanatan seeker and he has no connection with Sanatan Sanstha. Mr. Yogesh Naik, the injured in the blasts, supplies milk to Sanatan Ashram and that is his only connection with Sanatan Ashram.

When the police investigations are in the preliminary stage it is totally wrong to connect Margao blasts with Malegaon bomb blasts!

The police have not reached to any conclusion till yesterday night in the investigations of Margao blasts. Also enquiry of 4 Sanatan seekers is going on and till now no seeker has been arrested. Even then Home Minister of Goa Mr. Ravi Naik has made a statement that Sanatan is involved in Margao blasts. He also declared that there is a connection between Margao blasts and Malegaon blasts. When investigations are incomplete and have not reached any conclusion, everyone should know based on what proof has the Home Minister made these statements.

No objectionable material found from Sanatan Ashram !

Based on the information given by the Home Minister news media have published that electronic circuits and some objectionable material has been found in Sanatan Ashram during police search. Actually no objectionable material has been found from Sanatan’s Ramnathi Ashram.  On the night of October 16, at 2:30 am the police took in their custody 4 hard disks,1 book (written by Swatantraveer Savarkar), 8 CDs, some notebooks and 3 photographs from the room in the Ashram in which Malgonda Patil was staying. On October 17 the sniffer dog squad and bomb diffusing squad of the police had jointly searched the entire Ashram and its premises. In this search they did not find any objectionable material.  In this process they took an alarm clock from one department in the Ashram. Surprisingly this same watch was being displayed on television as the electronic circuit.

Shantaram Naik’s demand of closing Sanatan Ashram is only hatred of Sanatan !

When the investigations in the Margao blasts are in the preliminary stage, Rajya Sabha MP Shantram Naik has demanded the closure of Sanatan Ashram. Naik should not act like a judge instead he should show faith in the judiciary and without putting pressure on the investigation process, he should wait for justice from the constitutional process. Naik has also demanded that all financial sources of Sanatan should be investigated. Actually Sanatan has always been very particular in declaring all financial details as per government laws to the concerned government authorities. Even then the police have started checking the account books of Sanatan from 5PM in the evening.

Home Minister blames Sanatan in order to hide failure in search for Idol breakers

Ravi Naik has also made a statement regarding Sanatan’s involvement in the matter of idol breaking in Goa. This statement is absurd. The Goa government had failed to solve the case of idol breakers for the past 18 months. Home Minister is making this false accusation to hide his own failures. The possibility of a government plot of involving Sanatan in other cases where the police investigations have not yielded success cannot be ruled out.

No objectionable material found from Sanatan Ashram at Miraj also !

On October 16 at 2:45am in the night, police searched the Sanatan Ashram located in Brahmanpuri, Miraj. For this search they had brought sniffer dogs and bomb diffusing squad along with them. They did not find any objectionable material there.

Delay in handing over the dead body of Malgonda Patil to his relatives is deplorable !

There is a delay in the handing over the dead body of Malgonda Patil to his relatives. This was informed to us by his relatives who have arrives from Jath (Dist Sangli). Police are delaying handing over the necessary documents required to secure the release of the dead body from Goa Medical College. So the relatives of Malgonda Patil, who arrived in a van, are trying to get the necessary documents from the police since morning. But police had not handed over the documents until 6:30PM in the evening. ‘If police keep on delaying the handing over of the dead body then we may return back without the dead body. Then it will be the responsibility of the police to deliver the body to the residence of Malgoanda Patil’ – this is the stand taken by his relatives. What is the reason behind having this extreme hatred of Sanatan?

There is no witness-report (panchanama) of material taken into Police custody !

It was necessary for the police to make a witness-report (panchamnama) in the presence of a witness when they took some items in their custody from Ramnathi Ashram. But on both days police did not make a witness-report (panchanama) of the material taken in their custody. Why this shoddiness in the investigation? Similarly the police did not show a search warrant when they searching the Ashram. Police took 4 hard disks from the Sanatan Ashram but did not prepare the ‘Hash Value’ report for the same. This means any objectionable matter may be saved into the hard disk and later reported in the news that this objectionable material was found in the hard disk.

Looking at the haste with which the governmental agencies and more importantly the Home Minister has labelled Sanatan as guilty is nothing but an action instigated by Congress government’s hatred of Sanatan. More importantly instead of not going into proper investigation of the root causes of the blasts but making haste in searching Sanatan Ashrams is defaming of a religious social organisation and this is totally condemnable. In this difficult situation a number of saints, organisations and people representatives have publicly shown their faith on the activities of Sanatan Sanstha and Sanatan Sanstha is thankful to them all.

The kind of work these people are doing I think no one will believe this nonsense that they are involved in any such incidences. I was shocked to learn that some Newspapers are mis-quoting the news about the Blasts. They should refrain from misleading the mass before the enquiry is finished.

I am cent per cent confirmed that this activity is created and done by a higher level GHOST to maligne Sanatan Sanstha. But afterall these Ghosts can no longer sustain the positive energies released by the God-seekers and in no time their negetive energies will be melted like xxxxer.

Political scoundrelsholding important posts in the Govt. are misusing their positions, when they make unfounded allegations against the Dharmic Sanatan Sanstha,who are imparting the much-needed dharmasikshan to the people. If the useless media can declare Sanatan's hand in blasts, just because its workers were killed in a bomb blast, then why not declare Islam's(Organised Religion) hand in world wide terrorism because Jihadi terrorists are muslims? Sanatan's Ashrams are well known centres of spirituality and its addresses are published in almost all of Sanatan's literature ! Why would an organisation engaging in illegal activities make its premises known to the public through its own published periodicals ? I think, our Anti-terrorist Squad is like a headless creature, which is why they cannot stop real Jihadi terrorists like the ones who attacked Mumbai on 26-11-2009, wherein the ATS was reduced to traffic control centre ! This investigation will proceed in the same farce way the malegoan blasts case has proceeded so far (like delay in charge sheet, even that was rejected by the court), after all what this heinous people in power could do is only to torture those who claim to be Hindu by following his rightful duty non-violently and spare those who claim to be muslim by following his religious duty even though it is violent like parliament attack and various Bomb blasts. the one arrested with AK-47 in Batla house encounter is assumed to be innocent and the one with saffron rob is considered pitiful & so granted!

Request the media channels and newspaper to apologize for their cowardly act and acting as agent of Congress.

Now that the Police have not been able to ensemble any concrete evidence against Sanatan, they are resorting to intellectually tarnishing Sanatan’s ideology and Hindutva Organisations. This is a telling marker that they don’t have anything solid to say about Sanatan’s so-called involvement in bomb blasts. When a person cannot punch you in the face, he resorts to bashing and criticism, which is what the media is doing. The role of police is to investigate without bias, to find out the truth and implement lawful directives of Government and Court.

It is comical to see or hear the Police DIG talk of ideological issues when the only ideology of Police themselves is to bootlick the politicians in power and the only ideology of Congress is to Bootlick the muslims and minorities! Ultimately, it would have to be proved in court of law that an ideology is against the law of the nation and this is not an easy task. The Police have an uphill task ahead. Sanatan should continue the pro-Hindu work.

Two suggestions:
1. Sanatan should also file and fight cases of defamation against Ravi Naik, and Anti-Hindu news papers and channels
2. Sanatan should also focus on preparing a documentary kind of thing exposing the Anti-Hindu nature and biased one-sided news published and displayed by Anti-Hindu news papers and channels like IBN Lokmat, Loksatta, Times of India, NDTV etc. Sanstha should make a systematic “case-study” in Visual Media and research paper in writing with photographs of newspapers on corruption in media and publish on youtube or livestream.

Sanatan also has publications like "Pavitra Bible Yateel AdhyatmaShaastra"(Science of Spirituality in the Bible) and "Divya Kuranmadheel Adhyatma Shastra"(Science of Spirituality as in Holy Koran). This only proves that Sanatan like Sanatan Dharma does not exclude Christianity and Islam and believes in Sanatan principle of "Sarvesham Avirodhen". All of Sanatan's motivational Kshatradharma projects are for Self-Defense and not for attack. Ideologically Sanatan is Supreme ! Hence there is no need to fear. Orgaisation having Grace of Sri Krishna can never be banned ! Lord Krishna's Sudarshana Chakra will protect Sanatan.
