Mumbai : Nowadays, it is a trend to take self-photographs using cell phones. ‘Selfiegods.tumbler.com’ website has posted pictures of Hindus’ Deities taking selfie- photographs on this website. These pictures have been drawn by a woman-artiste named Adrita Das and have Deities’ pictures viz. Hanuman, Radha and Shrikrushna. It is observed that Das has avoided drawing pictures of objects of worship of non-Hindus. (A person’s hand was cut off in Kerala because he had insulted Islam’s Prophet and office of newspaper Charlie Hebdo was attacked in France for similar reasons; therefore, nobody dares to make mockery of such religions; but Hindus, who always follow the path of non-violence, have to constantly tolerate criticism of being intolerant. It is necessary for Hindus to unite and oppose such things, in lawful manner ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
