Pune (Maharashtra): It is a known historical fact that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Hindvi Swaraj slew Afzal Khan. Even then if the Muslims are not allowing displaying this picture in Mahrashtra, Hindus must realize the attitude of Afzal Khan Supporters, Muslims. Maharashtra is the land of brave warriors; therefore, if cruel Afzal Khan is still living here, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who eliminated Afzal Khan also is living. The above views were expressed by the fierce pro-Hindu leader Mr. Pramod Mutalik.

He was addressing a meeting held at Raastaa Peth organized for canvassing of Mr. Milind Ekbote, a candidate of Hindu Mahasabha contesting the elections from Kasba Peth. Mr. Milind Ekbote and Smt. Himani Savarkar, a candidate of Hindu Mahasabha contesting from Kothrud constituency was also present on the occasion. Mr. Mutalik said further that the roots of growing terrorism in India are in Pakistan. Therefore, to eliminate terrorism, it is necessary to first eliminate Pakistan. Regarding Mr. Ekbote, he said, “Mr. Ekbote is a fierce and true devout Hindu. He is the true follower of Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj, therefore, if the citizens of Pune have no option but to vote for Mr. Ekbote if they believe in nationalism.” He appealed to voters to help Mr. Ekbote attain victory by majority.”
