Sangli (Maharashtra): A VCD has been prepared as a part of canvassing of Mr. Sambhaji Pawar, a BJP candidate contesting from Sangli. An application was given to the Administration for telecasting this VCD on local channels. But the permission was refused for the reason that there were names of Deities in the VCD which is not allowed under the code of conduct for elections.
Are we in Pakistan or India? – Sambhaji Pawar
Former MLA Sambhaji Pawar has raised a question that whether we are in Pakistan or in India. He said that the Administration is deliberately trying to repress Hindus and therefore, it is necessary that Sena-BJP alliance is elected to power.”
