Union territory as independent ‘Panun Kashmir’ should be set up for safe return of Hindus to Kashmir ! – Shri. Anup Shukla, Manav Hita Seva Sanstha, President

Pakistan sponsored Jihadi terrorists attacked Hindus from Kashmir valley in independent India. Thousands of Hindus were killed, Hindu women were raped; as a result, more than 4.5 lakh Hindus had to leave and were displaced from Kashmir valley in 1990. This event completed 26 years on 19th January 2016 but they have not yet been rehabilitated and are waiting to get justice. Atrocities against Kashmiri Hindus be treated as genocide of Hindus and inquiry should be conducted into such atrocities through a Tribunal to be set up for limited period and separate union territory named as ‘Panun Kashmir’ should be established.

The other demand made during demonstrations was change in curriculum of NCERT’s text book by removing insulting matters related to Indian culture and which has been creating hatred towards Hindus. There also was demand for taking stringent action against the concerned officers for including such distorted history in the curriculum.
