Five Cows saved by Hindu Rashtra Sena workers

Pune (Maharashtra): A tempo carrying 5 cows was intercepted by Shri. Kiran Pawar and Tushar Hambir, members of Hindu Rashtra sena (HRS) at Hadapsar. They made enquiry with the driver of the vehicle about the cows when he told them that the cows were being taken for slaughtering. (It is for sure that Congress will not stop pampering Muslims and will not stop cow slaughter to appease them. Hindus should, therefore, take steps to overthrow such anti-Hindu government! – Editor)

The driver was asked to take the tempo to police station. Many Hindus gathered their out of their love for cow; but the driver and his assistant ran away from the scene taking advantage of the crowded area. HRS members had to take the vehicle to Hadapsar police station and lodged a compolaint, in writing, with Shri. Mandhare, a police officer attached to that police station. Shri. Kiran Honde, Anant Yewale of All India Krushi Go-sewa Sangh and Shri. Appa Satpute, social worker was present on the occasion. Shri. Mandhare took down the complaint on the basis of complaint lodged by Shri. Kiran Pawar, filed a case against the driver and his assistant under the Maharashtra Animal Protection Act and sent 5 cows to Sarsenapati Hambirrao Mohite ‘gou-shala’.

It was informed by a person having knowledge on the subject that one of the cows was pregnant. This caused furor among cow-devotees. HRS members resolved that not a single cow would be allowed to go through Hadapsar for slaughtering.
