Jalgaon : Bharat is a ‘Swayambhu’ country. The one thought, demand and action for establishment of Hindu Rashtra should be seen everywhere; only then, the yearning for Hindu Rashtra will be successful. Lokmanya Tilak had said, “Swarajya is my birth-right and I will accomplish it !” On similar lines, it is felt that a declaration of ‘Establishment of Hindu Rashtra is our birth-right and we will accomplish it’ should be made today !”

Unification of Hindus on large scale is, however, required for this mission and there should be exchange of thoughts based on Hindutva; source of inspiration to act is also necessary. Devout Hindus should therefore, develop affinity and closeness with each other, stated ‘Pujya’ Nandkumar Jadhav of Sanatan Sanstha while addressing inaugural session of regional Hindu Convention scheduled for 21st and 22nd November. The Convention was started with lighting of lamps by H.B.P. Arjun Maharaj Panchal, H.B.P. Gajanan Maharaj Rajput and advocate Govind Tiwari of Hindu Mahasabha. Hindutvavadis from Jalgaon, Dhule, Nandurbar, Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh and Sambhajinagar attended the Convention; besides Hindutvavadis from Warakari Sampradaya, Yoga Vedanta Samiti, Hindu Mahasabha, Shiva-Pratishthan, Swarajya Nirman Sena, Mi Marathi Pratishthan, Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, Gou-rakshak Dal etc.

Shri. Abhijit Deshmukh of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) read out the message sent by ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Athavale. Shri. Yogeshwar Joshi, ‘Purohit’ from Jalgaon recited ‘Veda-mantras’. Shri. Shashikant Surwadkar felicitated him. Shri. Dattatreya Waghulade felicitated ‘Pujya’ Nandkumar Jadhav, H.B.P. Arjun Maharaj Panchal, H.B.P. Gajanan Maharaj Rajput; so also H.B.P. Janardan Maharaj from Sambhajinagar and advocate Govind Tiwari.

Views expressed by Saints and other dignitaries

Lack of Dharmashikshan is creating rift amongst Hindus ! – Advocate Govind Tiwari, Hindu Mahasabha

Cows are being slaughtered on large scale in this country. Central Government should implement Act banning cow-slaughter all over the country. Lack of Dharmashkshan is creating rift amongst Hindus; therefore, Hindus should be imparted Dharmashikashan. Article 370 should be quashed for establishment of Hindu Rashtra; implementing Uniform Civil Code in the country !

Hindus are still indifferent ! – H.B.P. Gajanan Maharaj Rajput

Hindus have been betrayed by own people elected by them; still Hindus are indifferent. Indian Penal Code is accepted only by Hindus. Muslims never follow any rules or laws. Maharashtra Government has taken over Shirdi and Pandharpur Devasthan; but instead of using the money collected there for ‘Dharmakarya’, it is going to Government coffers.

Keep Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as ideal ! – H.B.P. Arjun Maharaj Panchal

Whenever our Dharma and Bharat have been attacked by Mughal invaders, God has incarnated for protection of Dharma. Hindus were tortured and oppressed by Mughals when Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj took over and with the blessings of Tukaram Maharaj, he established Hindavi Swarajya by propagating Dharma. We should follow his example.
