HJS holds first Dharmajagruti Sabha at Vishakhapattanam

Vishakhapattanam (Andhra Pradesh): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held second Hindu Dharma-jagruti Sabha in the State of Andhra Pradesh here. The sabha started with recitation of ‘Vaidik mantras’ followed with lighting of lamp by Shri. M R K L Rao, disciple of Master E. K.; Shri. Dayakar explained about the activities of HJS. Mrs. Vasanti Murdeshwar, a correspondent of a staunch Hindu periodical ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ was felicitated on the occasion for her continuous participation in the activities of HJS. The sabha was also addressed by eminent leaders of Hindu Organizations like Shri. Dwibhashu S. Satyanarayana, Ayurveda scholar and treasurer of Vishwa Hindu Parishada (VHP), Shri. Subramaniam of RSS, Shri. Chetan Janardan of ‘Sanatan Sanstha’ and Shri. Mahadeorao Shinde of HJS.

Shri. Subramaniam said, “The Dharma-sabhas should be attended by all those who consider themselves as Hindus. Hindutva is a way of life”. Shri. M R K L Rao said, “Unrighteous behavior of Hindus has tarnished Hindu culture and there is a need to revive the same. But for this to happen, one must undertake spiritual practice and should yearn for attainment of God.” Shri. Shinde of HJS said that Hindu Dharma is getting scorched in the fire burnt by terrorism on one hand and politics nurturing fanaticism on the other hand. Hindus should unite for protection of Dharma. Shri. Satyanarayana of VHP said that the meeting conducted with such management, despite low manpower, is an indication of divine energy supporting HJS.

Vishakhapattanam (Andhra Pradesh): A press conference was organized here in Maharashtra Mandal in connection with the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha which is organized here on 1st March. While explaining the mission of HJS and the objective of Dharmajagruti Sabha, the coordinator for HJS at Vishakhapattanam , Shri Mahadevrao Shinde said, “ It is essential that the Hindus get ready to repel the attacks on Hindu Dharma. The Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha is being arranged with the objective of imparting Dharmashikshan (Religious training) and uniting them for the defense of Dharma.”

Shri Gangeyula Subramanyam of RSS was present for this conference. He said, “The government of Hindustan is only interested in appeasing people belonging to other religions while neglecting Hindus. It is the duty of every Hindu to work towards changing such situation.” Shri Chetan Janardhan who is Prasarsevak of Sanatan for Andhra Pradesh, said, “Hindus have drifted away from the following religious principles. It is very essential for every Hindu to earn the grace of God by doing spiritual practice.”

The conference was attended by 22 journalists and representatives of 6 different TV news channels. The posters depicting ‘Dharmashikshan' (educating about Dharma)’ and ‘ Futility of democracy’ were video recorded by the representatives of the news channels.
