Demolition of temples enrages Hindus !

Hindus’ temple demolished with the help of bulldozer at Sambhajinagar

Sambhajinagar : The local Administration has demolished 4 temples of Hindus in Bajaj nagar area based on the order passed by Supreme Court. Enraged Hindus are therefore, asking whether the administration would show guts to demolish even unauthorized mosques.

  1. Supreme Court has passed an order to demolish prayer houses which are in the middle of the road and are blocking traffic.
  2. District Administration then prepared a list of such prayer houses.
  3. There was a time-limit of 15th November for registering objection; still the Administration passed an order to demolish only temples in Bajajnagar area.     
  4. Demolition of temples has enraged Hindus. Hindus claim that those temples were not at all in the middle of the road nor were they blocking traffic in any manner.

Points regarding prayer houses of Muslims

  1. There is a mosque erected at Kranti Chowk by ‘Vajukhana’. The plan of road-widening has been totally revised to accommodate this mosque.
  2. Chowk in front of District Collector’s office has been blocked by a mosque.
  3. Area around ‘Sadat’ durgah has been used for erecting ‘Jamatkhana’ which has been converted into shopping complex.
  4. While road-widening on Jalna Road to 6 lanes, mosque has not been touched but other structures have been demolished.

Hindus are not cowards ! – MP Chandrakant Khaire, Shiv Sena

We are not cowards that we would keep quiet when temples were demolished. We will not stop ‘Dharmakarya’ even if we have to shed blood for temples. We are ready to face any action taken against us, was the bold response by MP Shri. Chandrakant Khaire of Shiv Sena. He had opposed when Tehsildar came for demolition of temples. Revenue Employees’ Organization has lodged a complaint against him.
