Hindu Janajagruti Samiti to hold session on Hindu Rashtra

The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Dakshina Kannada unit would hold a session on ‘Hindu Rashtra’ at the Sharada Vidyalaya here on November 1.

The session was part of various such meetings held by the Samiti across the country demanding that India be declared as a Hindu nation, Samiti leader Guruprasad told reporters here today.

He said that the aim of the sessions was to foster Hindu religion and culture. Several attacks on Hinduism were being reported from various parts. Cow slaughter, conversion and ‘love jihad’ could no longer be tolerated, he said.

The recent murders of Hindu activists would be discussed at the session.

Sri Rama Sene leader Kumar Malemar, who was also present, said the murder of Bajrang Dal activist Prashanth Poojari at Moodbidri on October 9 should be thoroughly investigated.
