Pune : Students take out parade to create awareness on ideal Ganeshotsav

Pune (Maharashtra) : Students of 8th to 10th standard from Pragati Vidya Mandir, Karvenagar took out a parade for creating awareness amongst people towards ideal way of celebrating Ganesh festival. The parade was taken out under the guidance of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on 12th September between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. in the area of school and Karvenagar. 50 students joined the parade and they were carrying banners with enlightening matters like ‘Let us organize programs during Ganesh festival which will increase patriotism’, ‘Increase ‘sattvikata’ in atmosphere by chanting and reciting aarti’, ‘Listen to patriotic songs and ballads’ etc. In the beginning of the parade, Sou. Manasi Virkar explained ideal way of celebrating Ganesh festival to the students. Principal Shri. Nikude of ‘Pragati Vidya Mandir’ extended total cooperation in this whole drive.
