80 crores of Hindus would have to fight Jihadis on their own ! – Umashankar Tiwari
Instruction about fanaticism is given to a lac of Muslims in madarsas and their expenses are borne by Hindus. Muslims are encouraged for Jihad in madarsas. Jihad means religious war (Dharmayuddha). The students are taught to fight against those who do not follow the teachings of Islam. Those who boast about the unity among Hindu-Muslim should give a thought to these teachings. Terrorism is spreading due to these Jihadis and 8000 Jawans and millions of citizens have lost their lives so far. There would not be any Incarnation taking place to kill the jihadis; but 80 crores Hindus would have to take up the task of eradicating them.
O, Hindus ! Ask the candidates who seek your votes, "Are you going to work for Hindutva?" – Dr. Neel Madhav Dasji
We must oppose conversions by the Christians. If we do not then we would be considered as impotent. We must try to bring the converted back to Hinduism by convincing them. The conversions are on the rise day by day due to politicians. O, Hindus! Ask the candidates who seek your votes, ‘Are you going to work for Hindutva?’

There are as many as 2,07,000 temples in Karnataka & the total income of these temples amounts to 72 crores. Out of this, only a sum of 6 crores are being spent by the Government for their upkeep. On the other hand, the Govt. spend a phenomenal amount of Rs 50 crores for the madrassas & Rs 10 crores for the churches (from Govt. funds) In a period of 5 years 50,000 temples will be closed for the want of funds. --Sri Sri Ravishankar
Temples in India are under Government control. Only 18% of revenue generated is said to be given back for temple purposes, while remaining 82% is used for other purposes by Govt. at their discretion, by massive sale of temple lands, demolitions, lootings, encroachments occurring all over AP, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, etc. As a community it is our duty to protect temples to save our religion, culture, arts and traditions.
What are the funds used for?
Funds are used for awareness campaigns and legal expenses. Several illegal sales of temple lands were challenged in High Court and put on hold. Kamal Kumar Swami of GHHF walked 3500 Kms (padayatra) visiting temples in hundreds of villages bringing awareness to more than a million people. It culminated at Tirupathi in Jan 2008 attended by 12,000 and was covered extensively in the media. Currently he is on 2nd padayatra for 5000 Kms bringing awareness to 10 million, culminating at Tirupathi on Feb 16, 2009. Prominent saints such as Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Swami Dayananda Saraswati along with more than 50,000 people are expected to attend at Tirupathi. Future action plan is to challenge this discriminatory law in Supreme Court.
