Kochi (Kerala):
A lecture by S.A.R. Geelani organised at Town Hall, Ernakulam was stopped by the activists of ABVP and Yuva Morcha today. He is an accused in the conspiracy and terrorism-related charges in the Parliament attack case of December 13, 2001.

The lecture on the topic ‘Terrorism and the actual truth’ was organised by a Human Rights Organisation of Muslims. About 150 furious Hindus of ABVP (Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad) and Yuva Morcha demonstrated to stop the lecture. The activists of RSS protested to the City Police Commissioner that ‘it was wrong to allow an accused conspirator in a terrorism case to publicly express his views’. Paying heed to the sentiments of the Hindus, the Commissioner ordered the programme to be stopped. Later, the Dharmabhimani Hindus also took out a protest march to the hotel where Geelani was staying and insisted that Geelani be sent out of Kerala.

Earlier, a similar programme organised at Alappuzha in Kerala on 28th November was stopped by Dharmabhimani Hindus. (Congratulations to the Dharmabhimani Hindus who took prompt action and stopped the lecture of the accused! O corpse-like Hindus, you have a lot to learn from them!)
