Congress Govt. implicated Sadhvi Pradnya Singh under false accusations of saffron terrorism in the year 2008. Congress Government resorted to false canvassing for Muslim votes in the name of Hindu terrorism. Six years have passed since then but even charges have not yet been finalized in this case. Sadhvi is neither granted bail nor is the case taken up for hearing and only time is wasted in the process. Why is it so? Why a Hindu Sadhvi has been accused as a Hindu terrorist ? There is not a single proof found against her and she has been unnecessarily detained in jail and tortured. The Congress was finished due to curses of a Sadhvi. Now, there is regime of BJP in Maharashtra and at the Centre; therefore, all Hindus should write billions of protest letters and pressurize the Government, was the appeal made by Sriram Sena through a press release.
Why is law different for different persons?
- Bail was granted to Abdul Nazir Madani even though he was involved in bomb blast at Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu causing death of 116 people as also chain of blasts at Bengaluru causing death of one person. This anti-national was treated at ultra-modern high-tech hospital in Bengaluru.
- Notorious Hindi actor Sanjay Dutt had stocked 5 AKF 47 rifles at home during the period of Mumbai bomb blasts and was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment but was granted bail and has been released on parole more than 10 times.
- Recently, Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Saeed released separatist anti-national, Masarat Alam.
- Former Chief Minister of Bihar Laluprasad Yadav has been sentenced by Court in fodder-scam still he is roaming out on bail.
- Jaylalita, accused of corruption, has been sentenced to 5 years imprisonment and Rs. 100 crores of fine, still she is released on bail and working as CM.
- Notorious anti-national Dawood’s brother Iqbal Kaskar is known for involvement in crimes like murder cases, robberies, taking ransom, encroachment on Government properties, blackmailing etc. but he is also released on bail.
All these cases are given as examples. You too must be aware of many such cases; then why is Sadhvi Pradnya Singh not being granted bail despite implication under false charges ? Is it not the duty of every Hindu to fight for sadhvi’s release ? Come; let us join the movement of writing letters !
Anti-nationals, corrupt, oppressors can be released on bail then why not the same law for Sadhvi ?
