MP Dr. Subhash Bhamare assures to act against erection of water tanks for Ganesh idol immersion

Petition submitted to MP for prevention of desecration of Ganesh idols

Devout Hindus giving petition to MP

Dhule : “I will advise Municipal Commissioner of Dhule to not erect water tanks for immersion of Ganesh idols during Ganesh festival. I will send such letter today,” promised MP Dr. Subhash Bhamare to Hindutvavadis. Devout Hindus submitted a petition to the MP Dr. Bhamare demanding that wrong concepts like immersion of idols in water tanks and donation of Ganesh idols should not be followed under the pretext that immersion of idols causes water pollution, during Ganesh festival celebrated yearly. Nothing is however being done to prevent pollution taking place throughout the year due to sewage water, solid waste etc causing damage to environment. Such wrong concepts should not be encouraged and desecration of Ganesh idols should be stopped. On receiving the petition, Dr. Subhash Bhamare said that he supported HJS drive. HJS had prepared a good VCD on the subject and Ganesh idols should not be donated.

Shri. Mahavir Kucheriya, Shri. Vilas Rajput of ‘Swadeshi Jagaran Manch’, Manmad Jin Mitra Mandal’s Shri. Vinod Lahamage and Shri. Pankaj Bagul of HJS were present on the occasion.
