Belgaum : Two incidents occurred last month on 30th July. Funeral rites were performed for former President Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam; amidst patriotic citizens raising slogans of ‘Bharatmata ki Jai’ in front of his remains. At the same time in Mumbai, people from minority raised slogans in support of anti-national Yakub Memon. Action should be taken against people attending his funeral and raising slogans in his support. The above demand was made by Shri. Pramod Mutalik, the Founder of Sriram Sena during ‘Akhand Hindustan Sankalp Din’ program held on 14th August by Sriram Sena. Chief guest Dr. Amar Adake of ‘Maitreya Pratishthan’, Shri. Pramod Pundit-Joshi, spokesperson of ‘Hindu Mahasabha’ for Mumbai and other dignitaries attending the program expressed their views.

Shri. Mutalik said, “Shri. Ramakant Konduskar, district-President of Sriram Sena, who tried to stop the riots, has been detained by police. Those, who want to hold programs in lawful manner, are made to run from pillar to post for obtaining various permissions. It has now become necessary for Hindus to show their strength. Such things will not be tolerated henceforth and Sriram Sena is committed to the cause.”
