Warkhedkar to propose Hussain case to Constitution Bench

A staunch hindu like Warkhedkar is real the strength of Hindu Dharma! Every Hindu must show such perseverance in defeating unrighteous people!

Pandharpur (Maharashtra): Lawsuits filed against M.F. Husain for drawing denigrating pictures of Hindu deities and Bharatmata can not be tried before Supreme Court. The above decision was recently given by the Apex Court. Shri. Dwaipayan Warkhedkar, a staunch Hindu has therefore, decided to make an appeal for review of the devision; else, he will refer the issue to Constitution Bench. (Congratulations to Shri. Warkhedkar for showing so much perseverance in fighting against denigration of our objects of worship. He has set an ideal before Hindus by fighting in lawful manner! – Editor) A Supreme Court Judge has said in respect of one of the cases against Husain that there was nothing wrong or indecent. It is a form of art and no punishment is required in such case.

In a letter circulated by Shri. Warkhedkar, it has been stated that another case (STC/1924/07) filed against Husain in Pandharpur Court, is being tried in ‘Tees Hazari’ Court, Delhi under the number C/C-52/1. This case will also be fought with all his might and he has made an appeal to people to pray to God to give him strength for this legal battle. (Hindus, who are unable to do anything by themselves against Husain, can atleast pray for Shri. Warkhedkar for his victory in legal battle against Husain and thus, do their duty towards Dharma! – Editor)
