Artists required for depicting cruel history related to inquisition !

Famous Hindutva-vadi and French journalist Francois Gautier was on visit to Goa. Shri. Gautier paid visit to the places where Portuguese had conducted inquisition of Hindus who had opposed to conversion and therefore, had to face brutal oppression. He realized that there were very few signs left now of inquisition conducted in Goa and history is likely to be forgotten. In future, people might not believe that something like inquisition was conducted earlier. He has therefore, decided to create pictoral record of history of inquisition and has planned to hold exhibition of about 50 paintings based on inquisition; so as to make people aware of true history. He requires artists from Goa who are ready to study and depict historical events in ‘2 X 3’ size 50 paintings on the topic of inquisition. Artist interested in the project may draw 1-2 drawings in black & white for selection. Once the work is approved, other modalities can be decided. Artists, who are interested in participating in this service to the nation, by making the history of inquisition alive, may contact Dr. Manoj Solanki on 9326103278. Artists’ impressive work and reasonable price quoted for such work will be given preference.
