Police refuse permission to HJS for staging demonstrations at Pune

As was happening during Congress rule, repression of Hindus continues even in BJP regime !

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) sought permission to stage demonstrations at Hadapsar; but it was refused. (Is it becoming clear day by day that BJP is another Congress ? Hindus elected ‘Hindutva-vadi (?)’ BJP with great hope as oppression of Hindus during Congress regime was on rise; but if Hindus are not allowed to even hold demonstrations under the present Government, what is the difference between governance of two parties ? Hindu Rashtra is the only solution to bring change in this condition! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

The demonstrations were proposed to be held on 19th April.

1. HJS submitted application to police on 17th April seeking permission to hold demonstrations for various demands viz. removal of word ‘secular’ from the Constitution which has been added illegally; taking action against those insulting Hindus’ holy scripture ‘Bhagavat Geeta’ and passing of Common Civil Code Act etc.

2. Senior police inspector from Hadapsar police station refused permission to hold such demonstrations for maintenance of law and order in the present situation; citing Hindu-Muslim riots which had taken place in June 2014 which was staed to be the ground for refusal. (By citing incident of riots taken place a year ago as reason for refusing permission for demonstrations, police accepted own incompetence. Should Hindus take it that police have not been able to bring the situation under control for the past whole year ? And for which they are intimidating Hindus; thus showing law ? Police allow speech by Shrimant Kokate in Hasapsar area who is in the habit of creating communal rift through his speeches; but refuse to grant permission for lawful demonstrations proposed by HJS; is this secularism of police ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Are these police, refusing permission to HJS, from India or of Pakistan ? – HJS

Shri. Sunil Ghanavat, the Convener of HJS said in this context, “Demonstrations are staged in lawful manner; still refusal by Hadapsar police of permission for the same is throttling of Hindus’ rights. Police bragging about secularism, refuse permission to only Hindus under the guise of law and order problem. Don’t other organizations hold such demonstrations in Pune city and district ? Don’t police grant permission for such demonstrations or programs ? It is a matter to ponder over. People feel that impudence of police nurtured during Congress regime has not reduced even now. HJS has been staging agitation on various issues for the past 13 years and not on single occasion, their agitation has created any law and order problem so far. Even then, police, with Tughalaqi mentality, are opposing patriotic Hindus on one hand and on the other, they are kneeling before MIM’s Owaisi brothers spreading red carpet for them. Are these police from India or from Pakistan? Such attitude of police, if leads to outbreak of sentiments of ordinary Hindu citizens, only police will be responsible for the consequences !”
