Suppression of Hindus under pretext of controversial song! : Diwakar Ravate
Mumbai (Maharashtra): "There is no rule of law in the state and the state government busy in Muslim appeasement is not worried about it. The Hindus are being suppressed with the excuse of the song 'Mandir Wohi banayenge'. The impotent government has failed to maintain law and order in the state." The hard-hitting charge came from Shiv Sena’s senior member, MLA Shri Diwakar Ravate in legislature council.Shri Ravate was speaking on the issue of law and order in the state raised by the opposition parties. Referring to the communal riots in Bharadi, Jalna, Achalpur, Chopda and Raver, he said, "In Jalna the police sent home a Hindu youth from a hospital with the sole intention that the Muslims should get bail. This is a sheet injustice. The police are behaving in a biased manner. The police removed the poster depicting the killing of Afzalkhan put up on the occasion of Shiv Jayanti at Beed only because it would hurt the religious feelings of the Muslims. The anti-national SIMI is spreading its tentacles throughut the country; but the government is dithering to take a firm stand for fear of hurting the feelings of the Muslims."
Taking part in the debate, Shri Anil Parab, Shiv Sena’s MLA accused that the state government is harming the psyche of the police. Shri Arvind Sawant of Shiv Sena brought to the notice of the house that an exhibition of paintings of the anti-national and Hindu-hater painter M.F. Husain is being organised again.

Dharashiv Police have therefore, issued notices to 23 devout Hindus in this regard that they should not play the Temple song and create law and order problem in the district. This has caused a wave of anger among Hindus. (Hindus beware! Every moment poses a threat for you! But police are in the habit of catching a wrong person. Police have continued their policy of being extra- considerate to Muslims and harsh to Hindus. Remember, these things can happen only with the support of your elected representatives. Hindus must realize that they have no saviour and join 'Dharma-shakti Sena' for self defence - Editor)
The notices were issued on 21st and 22nd April by the police to 17 devout Hindus including Adv. Milind Patil, a member of BJP zonal working committee, Shri. Sanjay Nimbalkar, Shri. Khaderao Chaure, district-president of BJP, Shri. Nitin Kale, member of BJP (Youth wing), Shri. Datta Kulkarni, District-president of BJP (Youth wing) and Shri. Dhananjay Patil, district representative of 'dainik Lokshahi'. (Hindus must know that today the list consists of 23 persons, later, it may include even your names and be prepared to fight against such anti- Hindu events – Editor)
On the day of 'Gudhi Padva', there were riots in Aurangabad by Muslims. On the same day, 7 Hindus were stabbed in Jalna. On the day of Hanuman Jayanti, Muslims caused riots in Srirampur and tried to kill Hindus. Such incidents of deliberate attacks on Hindus by Muslims are on rise which has caused furor among Hindus. Hindus are demanding that the notices issued by police should be withdrawn.

Now Muslims from Mumbai start threatening persons connected with Chopda issue!
In police interrogation, SIMI Zonal chief was found to be agent of terrorists. Therefore, police should first investigate these Maulavis for extending their support to SIMI - EditorMumbai (Maharashtra): Organizations from Sangh clan are responsible for riots in Chopda. They deliberately played the song 'Mandir Wohi Banayenge' and tried to create disturbance. This cassette is being played constantly to cause disorder. (How can Muslims decide about song that Hindus should listen? - Editor) If SIMI is going to be banned as a terrorists outfit even organizations like Bajarang Dal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and RSS should also be banned. The above demand was made by Maulana Mohammad Daryabadi, general secretary of ‘All India Ulema Council’ in a public press conference. (During police interrogation of a zonal chief of SIMI, its connections with terrorists have been established. These Maulavis openly supporting SIMI should be first thoroughly interrogated! – Editor) Maulana Daryabadi has also said that these organizations should be booked under MOCCA. Maulana Zahir Abbas Rizvi threatened that strict action should be taken against those recording the cassette or position can get beyond control. (Maulavis are trying to cause disturbance by instigating people in Mumbai but who would take action against such Maulavis? – Editor)

Muslims attack Hindus in Chopda : 2 Hindus die in firing
April 24, 2008Chaitra Krushna Chaturthi
During riots, Muslims burn alive police; but during Hindu-Muslims riots, police kill innocent Hindus. Hindus must realize that the police force, although living off your money, is so ungrateful. Henceforth, Hindus need not have sympathy for policemen dying at the hands of Muslims! - Editor
Chopda (Maharashtra): Fanatic Muslims attacked Hindus and caused mass destruction by setting public property on fire just because Hindus played the song 'Mandir Wohi Banayenge' in Hanuman temple at Chopda, Dist. Jalgaon. (Such frequent attacks on Hindus is a sign of Maharashtra turning into another Kashmir. Hindus must now get trained in self-defence to fight against these 'Jihadi' Muslims - Editor) Two Hindus died in the police firing and 4 were injured. (When rioters were Muslims, why Hindus were killed in police firing? Police had come to control Muslims or kill Hindus? - Editor)
Just before the riots, suddenly, Muslims got together and started setting public properties on fire. Police reached the scene and tried to bring things under control; but as they noticed that the crowd was paying no heed, they fired few rounds in the air and later at the rioters. In this firing, Lakshman Chaudhary and Deepak Mahajan died whereas Limba Patil along with other 17 persons got seriously injured. It is understood that Hawaldar Shri. Tadavi fired these rounds. (What action is going to be taken against this Hawaldar is to be seen - Editor) It is also learnt that orders for firing were not issued. Muslims openly used soda water bottles, swords and lathis during these riots. (What preparations have been made by Hindus to face such attacks by Muslims? - Editor)
In the Hanuman temple in Phalaner area where Hindus are in majority, the song ‘Hum Mandir Wohi Banayenge’ was played yesterday. Few Muslims passing by this temple heard the song and then and there started arguing with Hindus present there. As the wrangling started between two groups, slogans were raised in the mosque like ‘Islam Khatare mein’ and ‘Pakistan Zindabad’. (This indicates that before leaving the mosque, Muslims had pre-planned to create disturbance. What action the Government is going to take against such traitors, pro-Pakistan Muslims? - Editor)
Shiv Sena has taken a stand that last rites of the two deceased persons would be performed only after the persons responsible for firing are handed over to them. Curfew has been imposed in the town and additional force from Reserved Police has been called for. During the riots, S/Shri. Amrutraj Sachdev, city chief of Shiv Sena and Deepak Johri visited the affected area when Muslims started shouting slogans that ‘Talwar Nikalo aur Inko bhi Maaro (Take out swords and kill even them)’. Shri. Sachdeva informed that police were just standing there and watching the scene insensitively. A few reporters were also manhandled by one group. Few are claiming that there was a fight among two groups in a marriage ceremony whereas few others are claiming that the riots took place due to dispute related to some financial matters. Adequate police force is not deployed although Chopda town has been declared as a sensitive area. (One can imagine what must be the plight of Hindus in Muslim majority areas - Editor)
Hindu Organizations have alleged that the Government is trying to suppress the matter. Interestingly, Shri. Prakash Hake, the city police inspector suddenly disappeared and got himself admitted in ICU in a hospital in Jalagaon. Police have arrested 32 persons in this connection.
There will be enquiry through crime investigation department - Home Minister
Mumbai (Maharashtra): Shri. R. R. Patil assured in the Legislative Assembly session that matter related to Hindu-Muslim riots would be investigated by the Crime Branch and judicial enquiry would be conducted of those found guilty. (If the Home Minister has no faith in the State Crime Investigation Department then why do we need such department? – Editor) The Home Minister was speaking after the president of the Legislative Assembly, Shri. Babasaheb Kupekar, granted permission to hold discussions on an adjournment motion based on the topic. Adjournment motion was put up by Opposition leaders Shri. Ramdas Kadam and Shri. Gulabrao Patil of Shiv Sena and S/Shri. Eknath Khadase and B. S. Patil of BJP. Immediately after Raver, now riots have taken place in Chopda in Jalgaon district. Such incidents are taking place quite often. Although playing of a song was claimed to be the cause of the riots, terrorists outfit 'SIMI' has spread a wide net in Jalagaon district which is the main cause of such frequent riots, alleged Shri. Gulabrao Patil of Shiv Sena. (Without support of a big organization, it is not possible for Muslims to cause destruction at such massive scale; but pro-Muslim Congress Government does not even think so and the riots continue – Editor) Shri. Ramdas Kadam, the Opposition leader said that police have killed two Hindus in firing. (Hindus must realize that police are afraid of insolent Muslims. Till Hindus do not talk the same language like Muslims, they have to sacrifice their lives - Editor) Guilty policemen should be suspended was the demand of the party. In his reply, the Home Minister informed, "Police first fired in the air; but both the groups were in no mood to listen and the policemen were only 10-12, so they had to fire at the mob. (In riots caused by Muslims, they gather with arms in hundreds and still 10-12 policemen are sent to control such riots, is just a police farce. Such policemen killing Hindus must be anti-Hindus - Editor) If, however, police are found guilty in this case, action will be taken under Section 302 and family of the deceased would be compensated with Rs. 1 lac each." (Police kill innocent Hindus and family of deceased Hindus is given financial aid through Hindus’ money. How long Hindus are going to maintain such ministers and Congress-front Government who put a price tag on lives of Hindus! - Editor)
New law to be passed to recover loss incurred in riots from organizers of rallies - Home Minister
Keep note of such home minister for recommending such unfair law when Hindus are falling prey to atrocities of fanatic Muslims! - Editor
Riots at Raver started when 'gulal' was thrown at mosque and stones were pelted at the procession. (Mendacious Home Minister! Hindus threw 'gulal' in procession and not at the mosque. But on this pretext, fanatic Muslims started riots. Instead of this truth, the Home Minister prefers to side with Muslims! - Editor) In these riots, there was a loss of Rs. 38,41,550/- and 4 police officers and 7 policemen were injured. About 52 persons have been arrested in this connection, stated Home Minster in a statement. Shri. Bashir Patel, a Congress MLA asked what action would be taken against those throwing ‘gulal’ at mosque, pasting banners on the board of Baba Makdam Shah on the flyover bridge. The Home Minister replied that henceforth, the loss to public property caused due to such processions would be recovered from organizers of the processions. He said that such decision was taken in the meeting of ministers. After the Legislative Assembly (LA) session, an ordinance will be passed followed with an Act to that effect in the next session of LA. (Muslims attack processions taken out by Hindus and losses incurred, are also to be made good by Hindus. What Justice is this? What action are the Hindu Organizations planning to take against this proposal? - Editor)
Shri. Gajanan Keertikar, Shiv Sena MLA aksed, "How such large quantity of kerosene was made available at Raver at such short notice? What action the Government proposes to take in this matter?" The Home Minister promised to undertake in-depth investigations in this case.
