Saints resolve to establish ‘Dharma Sansad’ to fight heretics!

Satara (Maharashtra): With the objective of unification of Hindus for opposing the various onslaughts on Hindu dharma and its followers on the level of saints, a decision to establish ‘Dharma Sansad’ on 10th May 2008 was taken in the meeting of saints here on 15th April 2008. Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha was held under the aegis of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti on Koteshwar grounds. The meeting of saints took place in two sessions – one before the Sabha and the other after the Sabha.

Detailed discussion took place on the topic that the saints from all the sects and maths should get united on thought level to oppose any act of anti-Hindu-dharma, be it a temple take-over law, a anti-blind faith removal law or denigration of Deities.

The people, the organizations, the government and the administration do not give much response in matters related to the fight against denigration of Hindu dharma, religious scriptures, Deities, saints and religious rites. Therefore with a view to create mass awakening about denigrations, to give prompt reactions to parties concerned with the denigration and to stop such anti-dharma incidents, the saints from various sects and spiritual paths from the district should come together and form a district-level Dharma Parishad. As a next step, they should coordinate with the saints of adjoining district and ultimately form a state-level Dharma Peeth.

The saints were of unanimous view that the HJS has excellently executed the process of awakening the Hindus, unifying them and obtain participation of the saints and maharajas towards divine mission of Dharma, in a shorter period of time. HJS has also acted promptly and systematically against various anti-dharma incidents. “Therefore, all us saints are fond of the Samiti’s activities and have great faith in whatever it does,” they expressed. The process of establishment of ‘Dharma Parishad’ and ‘Dharma Peeth’ can be systematically implemented under the leadership of the Samiti.

• To remain present for meeting of any sect held to consider opposition to any anti-religion incident.
• To obtain participation of all saints in any programme of Hindutva.
• To attach more importance to thoughts than to a Peeth or a person.
• To fight unitedly in any anti-religion incident that takes place any where.

Samiti’s greatness and the dwarf stature of ANS ! 

Satara is the bastion of the Andhhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti (ANS). Since its inception, the ANS could not draw such a huge audience to any of its meetings. However, just within a span of 5 years since its establishment, Hindu Janjagruti Samiti (HJS) publicized merely for a few days and its Hindu Janjagruti Sabha drew unprecedented local audience of 6500. ANS failed to gain the confidence of the people in its own citadel (?); but HJS has managed to achieve that feat. In this feat alone lies the greatness of HJS and the dwarf stature of ANS.

Satara (Maharashtra): In the 17th century, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who established ‘Hindavi Swaraj’ (Hindu self-rule) and Samartha Ramdas Swamy had rejuvenated the Hindu Dharma and its followers that were comatose due to Mughal onslaughts in Maharashtra. The common man and the nature in Satara town had also undertaken the mission of divine radiance and warrior spirit and had done yeoman service in the Chhatrapati’s sacred duty of establishment of dharma. In the 21st century also, the Hindu Dharma and its followers were brought to a near-dead state not only by the followers of other religions but the heretics within our dharma also. To bring them out of the miserable state, the vibrant speakers of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti today fired the spark in the hearts of ardent Hindus on Shri Koteshwar ground here in the Dharmajagruti Sabha.  In the very land of the heretics, the staunch Hindus roared a spine-chilling cry, “Stop casting a wicked eye on the Hindu dharma or face the consequences!”

Extempore slogans of ‘Hail Hindu Dharma!’ reverberated and charged the atmosphere during the proceedings of the Sabha. The 6500-strong audience witnessed the ardent Hindu speakers descending on the heretics like a thunderbolt in their speeches and resolved to re-establish the rule of Shivaji Maharaj and Swamy Samartha. 

H.H. Mohabuva Ramdasi, Mathadipati of Aundh broke a coconut and worshipped the board of ‘Dharmashakti Sena’ that was inaugurated on Gudi Padwa.

“We treat all the Bharatiyas as one big family. But the followers of other religions make mockery of the thought. The Hindus are attacked openly in the Hindu-majority land. The idol of Shri Ram is broken on the day of Ramnavami. When such incidents take place, what exactly do the Hindu do? They only take the beating meekly, tolerate the injustice timidly.  When are we going to think seriously about this state of affairs? The Hindus who otherwise fight among themselves vehemently turn the tail and run away when the Muslims come to hit them.  Why do we avoid retaliating?  The only answer is – they have created an air of terror. Therefore the soul-power is very much necessary to remove the weakness of mind. The fanaticism can be defeated only with the Dharmashakti ! The Dharmashakti can be attained by following a religious behaviour. The Dharmashakti Sena will give the training of counter-attack through self-defence training.

Very few people have knowledge about Hindu Dhamra. Hindus do not react or protest against denigrations of Hindu Deities & Symbols. Each Hindu thinks about himself only & is not ready to think about Dharma & Nation. Hindus must leave this 'Frog in the well' mentality to strengthen the position of Dharma & Nation. We should start self spiritual practice & we should also force other Hindus to do the spiritual practice. We can get divine power of God by chanting & praying to God. Even if 5% of Hindus start spiritual practice, then also Satvikata of society will increase.

Sabha started with recitation of Ved Mantras by Students of Vedbhawan Gurukul under the guidance of Vedmurti Manoj Mule. Sabha was inaugurated by Dingitaries in the presence of H.H. Shampuri Maharaj, Aundh. H.H. Mohanbuva Ramdasi, Sajjan Garh; H.H. Dhareshwar Maharaj; H.H. Shampuri Maharaj; Acharya Shivanand Bharati, Shivdham, Ambheri; Shri. Vinay Panvalkar, Head, Dharmashakti Sena; Dr. Narendra Date, Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Ramesh Shinde, HJS West India spokesperson were felicitated by  Hindu Janjagruti Samiti. Along with the dignitaries on dias many other dignitaries including Sanatan's saint Pujya Nikam Tatya were also felicitated.
