Review of HJS activities during February 2015 in New Delhi and nearby areas

HJS’s Mission of spreading Dharma !

1. Participation in Agitations and conferences / programmes !

A. Samiti has participated in liberating and cleaning Yamuna, and also in Satyagrah Andolan held on 1.2.2015.

B. Samiti’s activists were invited for the Rashtriya Hindu Sammelan that was organised in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Memorandums given in schools on the occasion of Valentine Day !

A memorandum was given in six schools in Mathura and three in Noida opposing the malpractices taking place on the Valentine Day.

3. Guidance given on ‘Moral values’ !

A lecture based on Moral Values was organised for B. Ed. students of Kishori Raman Girls P.G. College on 10.2.2015.

4. Awakening for not to sell ‘Nirmalya’ (Withered flowers and leaves, which have been offered earlier to a Deity) offered on ‘Shivling’ !

Seekers of Sanatan Sastha had put up a Holy-text exhibition in the ancient Shivmandir. The priest in the Shiv temple was keeping the nirmalya comprising flowers and bel leaves at the back door and children from the shop selling bel leaves used to keep that nirmalya discarded by the priest, again for sale. Seeing this, the seekers explained to those children why the nirmalya should not be resold.

5. Some specific points

5 A. Pujya (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle achieved Life Time Achievement Award ! : 38th Annual International Gathering was held on 22nd to 24th February 2015 on the topic, ‘Oriental Heritage’, in Satyasai International Centre Auditorium in Delhi. At that time Pujya (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle achieved Life Time Achievement Award.

5 B. Samiti’s mission being praised in a Birthday celebration Programme : The birthday of the Chief of Sudarshan Channel, Shri. Suresh Chavhanke was celebrated as Urban Journalist Day on 18th February. National Guide of the Samiti, Pujya (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle was invited for that. Samiti’s mission was praised in the programme.

5 C. Goodwill visit : Pujya (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle paid a good will visit to the Dharmasangh Ashram in Delhi and met Swami Gopaldasji Maharaj and Swami Gunaprakashji Maharaj, favourite disciples of Swami Prabalji Maharaj on 23rd February.
