Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) : A gathering creating awareness about the nation was held on behalf of Sanskruti Manch on 22 March at Ramlila Maidan in Gaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). Along with various dignitaries H. H. (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle was present at the venue. Hindutvawadi organisatons like VHP, Hindu Mahasabha, Sanatan Sanstha, Yogavedant Samiti, Bajrang Dal, Bharat Swabhiman, Dudheshwar Sena, Hindu Raksha Dal, Hindu Yiuva Vahini, Vishwa Hindu Sevak Sangh, Patanjali Yoga Samiti, Shri Ram Sanskrutik Shodh Sansthan etc. had participated.
The discussions included issues like, ‘Takhta-e-Sulemani’ the name given to Adi Shakaracharya Temple, Love Jihad and conversion, privatisation of temples by Governments, Shankaracharya Amrutanand Devtirth, Pujyapad Santshri Asaramji Bapu, Sadhvi Pradnyasingh, Sant Narayan Sai, Left. Col. Prasad Purohit jailed unnecessarily despite not being proved as guilty, etc.
