Denigration of Shri Hanuman through a cartoon published in ‘Economics Times’

A devout Hindu from Ponda, Shri. Shriramprasad Kushte lodges a complaint against cartoonist Shri. Prasad Radhakrushnan with the Ponda police station 

Ponda (Goa) : Denigration of the seats of faith of Hindus and Christians was made by displaying Hindu Deity Hanuman hanging on the Cross in a cartoon published on the page 4 of the Daily ‘Economics Times’ dated 17th March 2015.

In this connection, A devout Hindu from Ponda, Shri. Shriramprasad Kushte lodged a complaint against cartoonist Shri. Prasad Radhakrushnan with the Ponda police station on 21st March 2015. Shri. Kushte demanded that an offence should also be registered against Shri. Prasad Radhakrushnan for creating divide among two religious communities along with hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus and Christians.

Shri. Kushte also demanded that Shri. Prasad Radhakrushnan should be arrested with immediate effect. (Such devout Hindus are a true strength of Hindu Dharma – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
