Police Commissionerate directed to take immediate note of the theft in Sanatan Ashram !

State Home (City) Minister Dr. Ranjit Patil and Home (Village) Minister Prof. Ram Shinde have directed the Police Commissionerate to take immediate note of the theft in Sanatan Ashram at Devad, Panvel (District Raigad). They have asked for the total information regarding the action being taken only against Hindus under anti-Black Magic Bill, but no action is taken against those following other religions in similar cases. Immediate action will be taken against the guilty considering why was it delayed. At the same time Dr. Ranjit Patil gave orders to make inquiry of the delinquent police.

Will make a study about banning the channels in Pakistan and Dubai – BJP MLA Mr. Atul Bhatkhalkar

A memorandum was given on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) asking for stopping the illegal transmission on Madani, Express channel in Pakistan and Peace channel’ in Dubai despite being banned by the Centre. At that time Mr. Bhatkhalkar said, “This issue will be placed on the table in the Assembly hall after making its due study. Non-government Bill regarding banning conversions will be placed in the Assembly.”

A Non-government Bill regarding banning conversions was brought before also. Finance and Forest minister Mr. Sudhir Mungantivar gave assurance saying that now also we will try to pass the Bill concerning banning conversion like the Cow-slaughter Bill is passed. A memorandum asking for the cancellation of the Anti-Black Magic Bill destroying customs and traditions in Hindu religion was handed over to Shivesana MLA Mr. Kishorappa Patil, Mr. Gulabrao Patil and BJP’s Mr. Unmesh Patil. At that time, all the three gave assurance saying that, we will try to cancel this Law of ‘ANiS’.

Will look into cancelling the anti-Black Magic Bill ! – Social Law Minister Rajkumar Badole

Medical treatment should be given when bitten by dog, snake or scorpion. There is mention of banning the use of Mantra-tantra, charmed cord (Ganda-dora) suggesting the use of supernatural powers in such cases. In fact there is no statistics available with the government regarding people making use of gande-dore or mantra-tantra as treatment to the abovementioned bites. Therefore a demand asking for the cancellation of the Anti-Black magic Bill and dissolving the Smiti of Shyam Manav with the Social Law Minister Mr. Rajkumar Badole was made through submitting a memorandum. Mr. Badole also gave an assurance to attend to this issue.
