Will rulers try to inculcate qualities of our great national leaders and revolutionaries in police ?

Goa Government had organized a big program to pay tribute to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on the day of ‘Shiva-jayanti’. On the following day, Ministers in Goa Government also inaugurated a play on the life history of revolutionaries.

It is quite commendable that Goa rulers are reviving memories of national leaders and revolutionaries; however, ‘Gou-rakshaks’ helped to nab 880 kgs of beef brought from Delhi to Goa and those who brought beef to Goa, managed to run away from the station as Goa police were in uniform and nobody came forward to claim the stock unloaded at the station. It is natural because will any criminal come forward after noticing presence of police?

Should we not adopt the strategies like spying, guerilla tactics followed by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj while celebrating programs related to him ? Our revolutionaries dodged the British using different methods like disguise etc. to fight battle of freedom. Should we not learn from these examples ?

In the above incidence, had police been alert and cleverly laid a trap, it was possible to nab the gang transporting beef. All Hindus expect Goa rulers to teach these lessons to Goa police.

Hindus should get trained in self-defence so that they do not have to rely on others’ help for self-protection, in case of emergency. In present times, it is wise to learn self-defence considering the increasing cases of robberies, rapes etc.; so join self-defence classes conducted by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti !
