Mumbai : Shri. Sunil Ghanavat, State Convener of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), Maharashtra recently met BJP MP- Poonam Mahajan and submitted to her a representation on the issues viz. infiltration by Bangladeshis, love jihad and conversion. MP Mahajan said that issue of Bangladeshi infiltration would be taken up under ‘starred’ questions and discussion would be held on the issue. She would get more information on love jihad from Cyber crime Cell and would see what can be done in the matter. Regarding prevention of cow-slaughter, MP Mahajan said that she was always ready for trying to prevent cow-slaughter and has already saved 8000 cows. (Congratulations to MP Poonam Mahajan for showing interest in taking action in matters close to Hindus’ hearts ! BJP MLA Narendra Pawar submitted representation by HJS

Kalyan, Mumbai : HJS submitted representation to Shri. Narendra Pawar, local BJP-MLA through Shri. Sunil Ghanavat which contained demands like prevention of smuggling of cows, taking up issue related to anti-superstitions Act which is against Hindus, conducting inquiry into need for passing such Act by setting up a committee. Shri. Pawar promised to hold discussions on anti-superstitions Act and follow up with the Chief Minister, issue related to implementation of Law banning cow-slaughter. He also promised to have meeting with Education Minister for inclusion of history on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the curriculum set by NCERT.
