Alert devout Hindus preventing denigration of Deities are true strength of Hindu Dharma !

denigration-yellowKavathemahankal (Sangli, Maharashtra) : It was decided in ‘Gram-sabha’ to remove the unauthorized lavatory built next to Hanuman Temple. The local Hindutva-vadis got together on this issue; due to which the ‘Gram-Panchayat’ immediately removed the lavatory and cleared the area. (Congratulations to all Hindutva-vadis who tried to preserve sanctity of Hindus’ temple ! Other Hindus can also learn from this example and make similar attempts to stop insult of their seats of worship ! If the lavatory was unauthorized, the Gram-panchayat should have taken action on its own. Why was there need to make representation? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

1. Since the lavatory was next to the temple surrounded by garbage, many times, the wall of temple was made dirty and trash was also thrown there. (Lack of Dharma-shikshan amongst Hindus is the cause of such denigrations ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) It was hurting religious sentiments of Hindus.

2. Members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) realized the problem and a representation was submitted to Gram-panchayat. The Hindutva-vadis were following up the matter for many days.

3. It was finally decided in ‘Gram-sabha’ held on 26th January to remove the lavatory. But after a week of its closure, it was re-opened; therefore, Hindutva-vadis were enraged and came together for its closure on 6th February.

4. Few shopkeepers opposed to its removal creating tension and police were called. Gram-panchayat promised to remove lavatory after intervention of police and it was removed immediately and the area was cleaned.

5. Shri. Dinkar tatya Patil, Taluka-chief of Shiv Sena, its city-President Shri. Anil Patil, ISKCON’s Shri. Prakash Gadave, Shri. Shiva-pratishthan’s Shri. Pradip Shinde and Shri. Swapnil Joshi, Shri. Deepak Gupta of RSS, Shri. Rohit Kore of HJS and devout Hindus viz. Shri. Prasad Kamalakar, Shri. Kumar Jadhav, Shri. Pritam Ghale, Shri. Sunil Sagare, Shri. Sanjay Gore etc. were present in large number on this occasion.
