Belgaum (Karnataka) : US President Barak Obama refused to grant VISA to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for many years; even then, he attended the Republic Day program as Chief Guest in India; but a citizen of this country prohibited to go from one State to another is an insult of Indian Constitution.

The ban imposed on Shri. Mutalik should be immediately withdrawn, is our request to Goa Government. If we are not left with any option, we will have to fight against Goa Government in lawful manner; under the provisions of the same Indian Constitution which hs been used by Goa Government to impose such ban.

The above views were expressed by Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the all-India spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) during a press conference. Leaders of all Hindutva-vadi organizations had come together for a program to commemorate 60th birthday of Shri. Pramod Mutalik, the Founder of Sriram Sena. HJS held a meeting on this occasion; followed with press conference addressed by Shri. Shinde. This press conference was attended by Shri. Siddhalinga Mahaswamiji of Karuneshwar Mutt and who is also State Executive President of Sriram Sena, Shri. Rakesh Gorakha from IDKPYF, Shri. Arjun Sampath, the Founder-President of ‘Hindu Makkal Kacchi (Hindu Janata Party)’ from Tamil Nadu, Shri. Pramod Mutalik, Founder-President of Sriram Sena, Shri. Shivashankar Kundu, from Yuva Mancha, Odisha, Shri. Gangadhar Kulkarni, the President of Pratishtha Yuva Mandal, Jalna, Maharashtra; along with many devout Hindus.
