Rs 1 lakh theft at Anjuna temple !!

The Bhumika Temple, Anjuna

Mapusa (Goa) : Unknown culprits on Tuesday night decamped  with valuables including jewellery and some cash all worth Rs 1 lakh. According to Anjuna police, culprits entered the Bhumika temple at Gaumwaddy Anjuna by breaking open the door and dismantled the electric connection  due to which even the CCTV cameras failed. Thereafter they entered inside the temple and stole valuables all worth Rs 1 lakh.

No sooner the robbery came to light on Wednesday morning a police complaint was filed. Further  investigations are in progress.
