Representations submitted to elected representatives; at police stations and schools in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai HJS drive for prevention of abuse of National Flag !

Mumbai : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) submitted representations to Dy. District Collector for Mumbai suburbs Shri. Shekhar Channe, Palghar District Collector, Shri. Bangar; Mayor of Navi Mumbai, Shri. Sagar Naik; Dy. Municipal Commissioner of Navi Mumbai, Shri. Jagannath Sinnarkar; Tehsildar, Smt. J. V. Wagh, Mulund and Executive Magistrate, Kurla; besides, Tehsildars of Andheri and Borivali, elected representatives of Palghar and Boisar Gram Panchayat etc. for maintaining honour of National Flag. Tehsildar Smt. Wagh commended HJS activities and congratulated on its success in Court cases. Similar representations were submitted by HJS delegations to police stations like Byculla, Kala Chowkie, Bhoiwada, Kidwainagar, Wadala, Chunabhatti, Sion, Matunga, Dadar, Mahim, Shivaji Park, Shahunagar, Worli, Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar (E), Chirag Nagar, Ghatkopar (W), Kanjur Marg, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Nala Sopara, Palghar, Boisar, Nerul, Sanpada, Koparkhairane, APMC, Vashi, Belapur etc.

HJS submitted representations to different schools and coaching classes in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai making appeal to teachers to join this drive for awakening patriotism amongst children. All elected representatives, police inspectors (PI), Principals promised to extend support to HJS. In response to appeal made by HJS, many schools conducted quiz contests, held guidance etc. in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

Representation submitted to District Collector at Nandurbar along with submission of kites that insulted national flags

Nandurbar – A representation was submitted to District Collector Shri. P. Pradeep for prevention of abuse of national flags. It was also brought to his notice that kites denigrating national flags were on sale. The District Collector advised to lodge police complaint against the sellers of such kites and immerse such denigrating kites in water. He also said that he would take action and inform the concerned authorities. The delegation submitting representation to the District Collector comprised of HJS members viz. Dr. Narendra Patil, Dr. Satish Bagul, Shri. Dilip Dhakane- Patil, Shri. Kamalesh Somvanshi, Shri. Narendra Chaudhary, Shri. Ranajit Rajput, Shri. Jitendra Marathe, Shri. Narendra Supudu Chaudhary, Shri. Pankaj Dabi, Shri. Amol Thakare, Shri. Vikas Chaudhary, Shri. Bhushan Bagul and Shri. Akash Gavit etc.

Representation submitted to Police Inspector at Lasalgaon

Lasalgaon, (Dist. Nashik) – HJS submitted memorandum to PI R. B. Sanap through its members viz. Shri. Sachin Aher, Shri. Pankaj Patil, Shri. Santosh Gosavi, Shri. Sandip Ghayal and Shri. Nilesh Bora.

Representation submitted to Tehsildar

Vani (Dist. Yeotmal) : Tehsildar Ranajit Bhosale and PI Gulabrao Wagh were submitted representations by Shri. Lahu Khamankar of HJS; along with Dr. Shrichand Ahuja of ‘Art of Living’, Shri. Lobheshwar Tonge and Shri. Sanjay Pande of Sanatan Sanstha.

Representation submitted to additional District Collector

Nagpur : Additional District Collector Shri. Patil was given representation by Shri. Dilip Pagnis and Shri. Atul Anvenla of HJS. Similar representation was submitted to Dy. Police Commissioner, special branch, Nagpur city and Superintendent of Police (SP), Nagpur (Rural).

Representation submitted to DSP and Tehsildar at Karanja  

Karanja Lad (Dist. Washim) : Representation was submitted to DSP, Tehsildar and Thanedar, Shri. Mule for prevention of abuse of national flag. Similar representation was submitted to Principals of 25 schools BY HJS members- Shri. Mangesh Metkar, Shri. Santosh Paraswar, Shri. Narayan Kakad and Shri. Bunty Chavan; Shri. Gaurav Ganjare, Shri. Shubham Supnar, Paresar and Bajarang Dal’s Shri. Raj Tupone, Shri. Darshan Vaidya etc.

Representation submitted to Dy. District Collector and Education Officer, Dhule

Dhule : A representation was submitted to Dy. District Collector Shri. Tukaram Halavale. He said, “HJS activities are good. If you find such national flags, bring them to us. We will instruct the Commissioner to prevent sale of plastic flags and file cases against those persons selling such plastic flags. Dy. District Collector will issue a circular in this context.” Shri. Vilas Rajput of ‘Swadesh Jagaran Manch’, Dr. Yogesh Patil of ‘Yoga Vedanta Samiti’, Shri. Chetan Jagatap of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Vijay Ugrej and Shri. Pankaj Bagul of HJS were present. Education officer also assured to issue a circular in this regard after receiving such representation. Shri. Vilas Rajput of Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, Shri. Vijay Ugraj and Shri. Pankaj Bagul of HJS were present on the occasion. The local cable operators have promised to advertise about the above drive of HJS.
