Both the factions of society responsible for riots: Pascricha
November 8, 2007
Sangali: Both the parties were responsible for riots that took place in Achalpur. The matter is under investigation and therefore, it would not be proper to talk on the incident. The above opinion was expressed by Dr. P. S. Pascricha, the Director General of Police (DGP) while talking to correspondents. (Riots at Achalpur were pre-planned and were started by Muslims. Even then Dr. Pascricha is claiming that it was triggered of by both the parties and is misguiding people. How can one expect justice from police when they are afraid of disclosing the truth. - Editor) He had gone to Sangali to attend a program at the Head Office when he talked to the correspondents.
For five times, Achalpur was affected due to riots. Before, riots took place; a dealer of kerosene had supplied kerosene to those involved in riots. Was the police not aware of the same? What precautions were taken by the Administration to prevent these riots? These questions were asked to the DGP when he gave the above answer. He also said that there was no disturbance during Ganapati, Ramazan and Navaratri; therefore, there was no need to worry during Diwali and police are alert. (When the State is under constant shadow of terrorism and affected by naxalite activities, devotees are prohibited from carrying even coconut to temples, everyday bomb threats are received and one can not say what would happen next and when, police administration is day-dreaming that everything is fine and nothing is going to happen. Are the police going to wake up only after bomb blasts? - Editor)
Dr. Pascricha said that there was increase in no. of robberies upto May-June. Now it has gone down. In Mumbai, 300 persons have been nabbed in connection with robberies. This year, 11,000 policemen will be recruited to increase the capacity of Police Force. This recruitment would go upto 56000 by the year 2010. In Sangali district, 4 youths have been arrested for being involved in naxalite activities. Out of these 4 youth, past records in case of 1 accused have been found and a high level committee is carrying on the investigations. As the matter is under investigation, it would not be proper to say anything further, said DGP.

Police and Congress burnt shops of Muslims: BSP
November 7, 2007Amaravati (Maharashtra): Congress Party and Hindu Organizations use unemployed youth to start fight among Hindus and Muslims. Riots at Achalpur is the latest example of the same. Wahid Khan, leader of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) said that police and Congress got together and burnt shops of Muslims. He was addressing a press conference. (How ridiculous can Khan get ? Does he want to say that all terrorists activities in this country and bomb blasts are undertaken by Congress and Hindu Organizations?- Editor). Khan said that a few miscreants from Achalpur were responsible for the riots but Muslims are unnecessarily blamed. (It is a fact that every Hindu procession is attacked by Muslims like terrorists do – Editor). Police deliberately burnt houses and shops of Muslims and later beat up old people, ladies and children from their houses. Only if BSP comes into power, such things can be stopped. (Political leaders make politics of even riots – Editor).
Judicial enquiry has been started by Shri. Paturkar, an official from Revenue Department, in Achalpur riots case. He will submit a report on the action taken by police as to whether it was disproportionate to the conditions prevailing at that time. (Shri. Paturkar should find out as to why Muslims pelted stones at the procession taken out by Hindus, how many Hindus have been displaced and women molested etc. – Editor)

Ban on Audio Cassettes Hurting other Religions Sentiments!
November 7, 2007Achalpur (Amaravati, Maharashtra): Shri. R.R. Patil, the State Home Minister informed during his visit to riot stricken Achalpur that the Government is going to impose ban on songs which would hurt religious sentiments of followers of other religions. (During procession taken out for immersion of idol of Durga Devi, a song ‘Mandir Wohi Banayenge’ was played after which fanatic Muslims attacked the procession and set house and shops belonging to Hindus on fire. The Home Minister is putting ban on Hindus in a Hindu nation to play their songs showing his hatred towards Hindus. Hindus must realize that it is the beginning of second Pakistan in the offing and prepare to become warriors for protection of nation and Dharma ! – Editor)
After supervision of the riot affected areas, Shri. Patil said that both the factions of society have borne losses” (What a Hypocrite Home Minister! Fanatic Muslims attacked Hindus and burnt their houses and shops, molested Hindu women and even then the Home Minister is pretending as if Hindus had attacked Muslims. Hindus should show the Home Minister his place in the forthcoming elections for rubbing salt into their wounds. – Editor) Shri. Patil said further that barring Achalpur and Khamgaon, Idd, Ganesh festival and Navaratri were celebrated peacefully by people from both the religions. (At Jalgaon, Muslims had pelted stones on the Ganesh procession. In Mumbai, everyone is under constant shadow of terror; but the Muslim agent Home Minister has conveniently forgotten the facts and misguiding people. – Editor) He also appealed to people to live in harmony and cooperate with each other. When he was asked by journalists whether the riots were pre-planned, he said that the investigations are on. He said that it would be examined whether any industries can be set up in the area for unemployed youth.

Achalpur Riots were pre-planned - Diwakar Raote
November 3, 2007
Mumbai (Maharashtra): One month before riots that took place in Achalpur, Mufti Ismat, an active member of SIMI arrested in Gujarat was holding meetings in Muslim areas. In his meetings, there was planning of attacking Hindus of which the Intelligence Bureau had submitted a report to the Government. (The Govt. did nothing to prevent attacks on Hindus despite getting information about the same; then why should Hindus need such Govt. Hindus must not rely on anyone for their protection and become self-sufficient. – Editor) The Government had knowledge that since Ganesh festival went off smoothly, there would be attacks during Navaratri festival. (The Government remained indifferent although it knew that Muslims were planning to loot Hindus. Such pro-Muslim Government makes it imperative for Hindus to revolt. – Editor) Even then the Government had not taken due precaution. Badruddin Merchant, a wholesaler of kerosene had provided barrels of kerosene mixed with petrol for burning properties, houses and shops of Hindus. This shows that the riot started by Muslims was pre-planned. The above accusation was made by Shri. Diwakar Raote, a Shiv Sena leader and MLA in the press conference. (Such rioter Muslims would not let Hindus live in this country; only revolution would help to drive them away. – Editor)
While giving information about the riots, arson, looting, attacks on jewellery shops and rampage by Muslim rioters, Shri. Raote said that Muslims were raising slogans of ‘Allah-ho-Akbar’ as they closed down the roads and started arson, looting, attacks on Hindu houses lasting for 3 hours. (Maharashtra is following the footsteps of Kashmir. – Editor); but for 4 hours, police kept away from the scene. (This is the real form of pro-Muslim police. Hindus must remember these police during revolution. – Editor) Police, who were present, also went into hiding, as they were afraid of cruel Muslims. (Why Hindus need such police ? – Editor)
Shri. Raote said that from the year 1989, 5 times riots occurred in the area; but police did not find out any permanent solution to the problem and again this riot took place involving loss of Rs. 75 crores. On top of that the State Government has declared financial aid of Rs. 20 lacs and rubbed salt on wounds of Hindus. (Congress that takes care of Muslims and spends crores of rupees for their welfare, should be ousted by Hindus in the forthcoming elections. – Editor) The supplier of kerosene and the main offenders have not been booked by the police and they are absconding. (Hindus must unite and make the Government to catch hold of ‘jihadi’ criminals and severely punish them. Remember that if they go scot-free, even your life will be in danger. – Editor) Cause of the riot was playing of song ‘Hum mandir wohi banayenge’. (Are Muslims going to decide which songs are to be played by Hindus in their processions? Are Hindus in Pakistan? – Editor).
Shri. Diwakar Raote called on the State Chief Minister along with the riot-affected citizens and submitted a representation to him; the CM then assured to extend due help. (Hindus need to give representation for getting help whereas the Govt. is eager to extend help to Muslims. – Editor)
The CM said that the declared help of Rs. 20 lacs is temporary and informed that orders have been issued to immediately arrest the offenders, release innocent Hindus and give stringent punishment to miscreants. He also promised to make enquiry of those police officials who did not extend timely help to Hindus as also to take strict action against the kerosene supplier. The CM also assured to make available loans to owners of shops looted in the riots through banks at concessional rates. (We do not need only promises but want action. The Congress CM should give a report on implementation of his promises. – Editor)
Shri. Sanjay Band, MLA from Valgaon, Shri. Someshwar Pusadkar, leader of Shiv Sena from Amaravati and a few riot affected citizens and businessmen accompanied Shri. Raote. Shri. Bacchu Kadu an independent candidate elected from Achalpur declared that he was going on hunger strike for 3 days during Diwali as the help offered by the State Government was meager. The situation is getting normal in Achalpur with curfew now restricted to only night time.

Tension in Achalpur even 6 days after riots
October 31, 2007
Achalpur (Amaravati, Maharashtra): Six days have passed since Muslims sparked off riot during immersion procession of Sree Durga Devi; but there is still tension in the area. Muslims had set shops belonging to Hindus on fire. (Inherent violent attitude of Muslims! When Hindus are goimg to teach a lesson to fanatic Muslims? – Editor)
It is said that the loss incurred by the affected is about Rs. 500 million. (Hindus should know that neither the Government would offer any financial aid to the affcetd parties nor would it make the rioters make good the loss. Under the corcumstanes, Hindus should be ready for revolution to save their Dharma – Editor). Citizens are accusing a Muslim kerosene dealer of supplying kerosene to rioters. (This is the proof of Muslims pre-planned attack – editor). Curfew has been clamped in the village for last 5 days; but Hindus are still under the shadow of terror. (This is because Hindus are not aggressive. Hindus must change this situation – Editor)
The District Collector has issued orders to conduct enquiry at the Magistrate level. Local Administration is engaged in holding meetings of the Peace Committee and appealing Hindus to remain calm. (The Govt. can advise only Hindus to reamin calm but will not take Muslims to task for their insolence. Hindus should oust such pro-Muslim Administration. – Editor)

Feast for accused Muslims; no food for riot-striken Hindus
October 31, 2007Achalpur (Amaravati, Maharashtra): It will now be almost a week since Muslims sparked off riots but Hindus have still not come out of the terror. Muslims arrested in these riots have been kept in a jail at Amaravati. These accused are being treated with good food ordered from outside whereas injured Hindus admitted in hospitals are not given even two meals. (This is the limit of Rulers wooing Muslims. Hindus must oust the Government run by both the Congress parties that are pampering Muslims at the cost and convenience of Hindus. – Editor)
Curfew imposed in the area is being relaxed in phases. Police force is still deployed in the area. Cases have been filed against 900 Muslims but only 400 Muslims have been arrested so far. Other accused are still at large. Hindus who have left their homes therefore, feel scared to return as the other accused at large might still have weapons and can create disturbance. (Hindus, terrorized by Muslims, were displaced from Kashmir in similar manner. Congress Government never rehabilitated them. Now History is repeating in Amaravati. If we do not hold back Muslims now, we may not be left with any alternative but to get drowned in the sea. – Editor ) Few of the affected Hindus are staying with their relatives.

Home Minister boasts to grant highest aid to riot affected
October 29, 2007Mumbai: The State Government had been very generous in extending help to people affected by riots in Malegaon. Shri. R.R. Patil has promised that people affected by riots in Achalpur would be granted maximum help, that has never been granted in the past so far and they would also be rehabilitated. (Where was the Government machinery during the 4 days when the riots were going on? The Home Minister should first give explanation as to why Hindus did not get any help from the Government on time. – Editor) A delegation under the leadership of Shri. Anant Gudhe, Shiv Sena MP called on the Home Minister and discussed the issue when Shri. Patil made the above statement.
During the riots, many small shops were damaged with the help of tyres, gas cutters, torches etc. Shri. Gudhe said that it indicated that the riots were pre-planned. (Why the so-called secular media behaving as they are agents of Muslims and who were so vocal about the riots in Gujarat and 1992-93 riots in Mumbai, are keeping mum on these riots? – Editor) The shops were full as it is festival time. But everything has been destroyed in the riots. A demand was also made to the Home Minister to give financial aid of Rs. 5 lakhs to every affected businessman.

Curfew on 3rd day, cases filed against 178 persons
October 26, 2007
Achalpur (Amaravati, Maharashtra): After the attack by fanatic Muslims on the immersion procession of Sree Durga Devi at Achalpur in Amaravati, curfew was extended to the third due to persisting tension in the town. In this attck, fanatic Muslims had set on fire more than 100 shops owned by Hindus and caused damage to them. They also damaged houses of Hindus and their belongings. (This incident shows that in Shivaraya's Maharashtra, still there are descendents of cruel dictator Aurangzeb. Hindus have to now give war-cry of 'Har Har Mahadev' and destroy this Aurangzebi mentality- Editor). Police have filed cases against 178 persons in the matter.
Hindu Organisations have put up banners in the area condemning the incident. Shri. Pandurang Fundkar, leader of the Opposition in Legislative Council visited the affected area and enquired after the people and he also made a demand to conduct judicial enquiry of the incident. About 200 persons have been arrested so far. The rioters dragged out belongings of Hindus from their houses and set them on fire. The locals are saying that police are not arresting the offenders despite their names given to them. (What can be expected from police in the regime of Congress with its tradition of wooing Muslims. Hindus must now realize that there in nobody to protect them and get ready to fight – Editor). Police are asking people to give complaints in writing but Hindus fear for their lives and are not ready to do so. (The condition of Hindus is very bad as if they are living in Pakistan – Editor). Senior Police officuals have been called at the site and Shri. R. R. Patil, the Dy. Chief Minister has asked police to note down details of loss suffered by the people. Shri. Patil declared that in the background of riots that took place at Malegaon a few days back, parties who have sustained loss would be extended help.

Muslims attack immersion procession of Sree Durga Devi
October 24, 2007Achalpur (Amaravati, Maharashtra): At Achalpur in Amaravati district, fanatic Muslims pelted stones from a mosque at the immersion procession of Sree Durga Devi. (What crime had Hindus committed that Muslims took such action ? It is impossible for anti-Hindu and fanatic Muslims to live peacefully with Hindus in this country. The only solution is to drive away such fanatic Muslims. – Editor) Fanatics also set on fire shops and two-wheelers belonging to Hindus on this route. After this incident, police called for additional reinforcement. (Muslims have not become so insolent within one day. They must have behaved in this manner even earlier. Then why the police did not provide adequate protection to the procession? There was no use asking for reinforcement after the incident as it is like start digging a well when one feels thirsty. – Editor)
Immersion procession taken out by Jwala Durgotsava Mandal, Beelanpura, Jagadamba Mandal and other public Navaratri celebration committees was moving towards Gandhi Bridge. As the procession reached Chawalmandi, Muslims started pelting stones at Sree Durga Devi idols all of a sudden. (They are the heirs of idol-breaker Mohammad Gazani. – Editor) This resulted in breaking glasses of the truck in which the idol was being taken for immersion and injuring some people. The fanatics also set some shops and two-wheelers of Hindus on fire. They set on fire even Sree Rama temple in Devadi area. (This reminds us of the days when Mughals ruled this country. Hindus should become warriors to protect Dharma. – Editor)The incident has created lot of tension in the area. (Whatever Muslims do against Hindus, it causes only tension and therefore, Muslims are taking advantage of Hindus tolerant nature – Editor) Police have imposed curfew after this incident. As the devotees of Sree Durga Devi were not cautious, they could not retaliate. (Hindus should realize that their unpardonable lapse can cost them dearly. – Editor)
