Given below are questions asked by Sanatan Prabhat reporter and answers given by Pawar

Q. Prof. Manav criticizes Hindu Deities and Dharma in his every program; still why is his program organized by the Government in the presence of Government
officers ?

Shri. Pawar (P) : I am following directions given by the Government. Prof.  Manav is the Joint-President of this State Committee. The program has been organized at State-level.

Q. Who will be responsible if Hindu Dharma is criticized in Prof. Manav’s program ? The Government is secular, so how can such criticism be allowed in the presence of Government officers ?

P: There will not be such criticism; so question of taking responsibility does not arise.

Q. If complaint is received by Committee from others, will it take cognizance of the same ?

P: Yes, the committee will take a note of it. If anyone has any complaint against superstitions, give it to our Department and we will certainly take action.

Q. In many programs, Christians claim that by praying to him, Jesus cures ailments. What action are you going to take against them ? No action was taken against them at Pune despite lodging complaint. Such things are observed at many places.

P: If such program is organized in your district, tell us about it and we will take action.

Q. There are accusations of corruption against Prof. Manav’s committee. He is always making controversial statements. Avinash Patil of Maharashtra Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti and a member of state-level committee from Dhule has also raised doubt over Prof. Manav’s committee; why still Prof. Manav is invited ?

A: This program is arranged by the State and I am only taking necessary action.

Q. Prof. Manav and the Government talks and takes action in respect of superstitions only in Hindu Dharma but why both keep mum on superstitions in other religions ?

P: I am only doing what the Government has asked me to do.

The District Collector has asked for details from police. All pro-Hindu activists have decided to follow up the matter on 28th November. The program will be held on 29th November and inaugurated by District Collector Shri. Kushwah. Instructions have been issued to all officers in the district to attend the program.  (This seems to be Govt.-sponsored Dharma-droh ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Example of Government’s messy work !

In-charge Res. District Collector Shri Galande was given the relevant representation on 26thNovember but his personal Secretary informed that it was not received in the Department and getting it from ground floor in the department takes time. As a result, Hindutva-vadis had to submit representation once again to the District Collector.
