The poster was released by BJP MLA Suryakanta Vyas and other BJP leaders and all of them were made accused in the complaint apart from the owner of the press where it was printed.

The poster, which was released on April 15 to mark three years of BJP rule in Rajasthan, depicts senior leaders namely L.K. Advani, Rajnath Singh and A.B. Vajpayee as the trinity — Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara — and Chief Minister Vasundhare Raje as Goddess Annapoorna.
